Excellent place to stay for short or long-term stays. Comfy couch, plenty of towels, and friendly proactive hosts!

Stayed here for a few nights—pretty clean space, comfortable bed (which is rare!), and a super responsive host. Location was decent and overall a pleasant stay. Only downside was parking; the lot was full a few nights, so I had to find alternatives. Also, as a female staying alone, walking down a dark alley to get to the unit at night might be a safety concern for some. Not a big deal for me, but worth noting. Would still recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay at Laura's place! It was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel just like home. Laura was fantastic, promptly answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. Tracy was a great communicator throughout the entire process. She was very quick to respond and provided clear and helpful assistance. Very nice to have full-size washer and dryer included. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find things. We like the off-street parking and low traffic. Minimal overnight noise as expected in a duplex situation. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. Tracy clearly puts forth a good effort to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks, Tracy!

I have stayed a quite a few bnbs and Andrew is by far the best ever host. I messaged Andrew about the music in the business below and within 20 mins the music was off. I also messaged about adding a day to my trip and he messaged me back within minutes. The bed was comfy, the water hot, the location was great- it’s a great bnb.

There are simply not enough ways to describe what a PERFECT place this is to stay. The hosts have literally thought of every detail. From ease of checkin to having all the amenities you could possibly need, this is my new favorite vacation home. The view of the lake is gorgeous and having a boat dock made it so easy to bring our boat on our trip. We loved being able to go out on the water and then return for a nightly fire in the fire pit. Sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee was absolute perfection. Even the beds were amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing quiet retreat, this is THE PLACE! We are already looking at the next weekend to book so we can return!

I was in town for a short work trip and Patty's place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly as advertised and check in was a breeze. Everything was clean and literally had anything you could possibly need. It was just like a home away from home. I had to cut my stay short and Patty was very accommodating and responsive. I loved everything about Patty's place and even the little Jesus hidden in plain sight in the kitchen! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The house is stunning and the view is even better! We had a great stay during Easter weekend and my sister’s wedding. The house had soooo much space and was so convenient with our group. The road is a little iffy coming in at night, but other than that 10/10 our family loved it!

Everything was just great! Linens were clean and smelled good. Bed was very comfortable. No issues whatsoever.

Just what the family needed! What a great experience!! Our kids and their families have all stayed at Airbnb’s before, but this was mom & dads first time, and wanting to take the whole gang along! It was magical!! The house, the setting, the room to move inside and out, absolutely perfect!!! Peaceful, glorious setting, fishing, campfire and smores, lots of running around playing games on the green spaces with the grandkids!!! And our youngest son got engaged while there and did it out in the gazebo. They came back walking up the driveway in the gentle rain, while the family stood on the porch awaiting them, and 2 of our kids quickly learning the, “Wedding March” on the piano! It was priceless!! Everyone had a great time!!! Kris and Carol are exceptional hosts and responded to all questions, (before the stay and during our stay) within minutes! It’s now been 2 weeks back at home… And I’m still thinking of when we left and how sad I was to leave… It’s a VERY special home/place

Very nice place to stay. Quiet little neighborhood. All the neighbors we happened to run into to were very friendly. Just a short walk to the lake. The kids loved looking for different shells that had washed up on the shore. Miss Kay’s is also within walking distance. There you will find great food and amazing hospitality.

We had the most wonderful stay at the cabin. It is beautiful and rustic and full of memories and charm. The views are amazing and the cabin is well stocked with everything you would need while away from home. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, only one we used, and the living room and kitchen and screened porch are very cozy. The fireplace adds to the coziness. especially on the cold days like we had. There were deer walking through the yard when we arrived and they actually stopped and stood there awhile and let us take pictures. We are already planning our next trip to this wonderful cabin. It is remote enough to feel like you are in the mountains, but yet, only a short 20 to 25 min drive to a very nice town with wonderful restaurants and shopping. This will become one of our favorite getaways from now on. The owner, Bucky, was very responsive and kind, as well as, the reservation team at Evolve. Thank you again for letting us have an amazing Valentine’s weekend

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

I stayed in Loft 106 for 2 months and really felt at home. I loved being right around the corner er from downtown and from the river. Will definitely stay again! Julian was a fantastic host.
