Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Stewart County

Great place. Super affordable. Clean and quite and shady. Heat pump cooled the place great even on 90 degree days. Perfect for a couple. Second bedroom was tight but is was just the 2 of us. We didn't see anybody all 4 days. Tennessee hospitality was unsurpassed. Everybody we ran into on the lake welcomed us to the state. Loved the circular drive for ease of pulling my bass boat in and out, power for recharging my batteries and walking distance to a wonderful free boat launch. No lake fee or permits needed. The lake was amazing and super swimmable. Make sure to check out the rock shoal right where the finger enters the main river. There is a protected little pool behind the shoal. We ran down to Pirates cove for refreshments. Cool little resort and marina. Ran up the lake to the state park and down to the historic railroad bridge with no problem. More kitchen appliances and small wares than some commercial kitchens I've worked in. Bring charcoal and firewood for the grill and big fire

There are simply not enough ways to describe what a PERFECT place this is to stay. The hosts have literally thought of every detail. From ease of checkin to having all the amenities you could possibly need, this is my new favorite vacation home. The view of the lake is gorgeous and having a boat dock made it so easy to bring our boat on our trip. We loved being able to go out on the water and then return for a nightly fire in the fire pit. Sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee was absolute perfection. Even the beds were amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing quiet retreat, this is THE PLACE! We are already looking at the next weekend to book so we can return!

The house is stunning and the view is even better! We had a great stay during Easter weekend and my sister’s wedding. The house had soooo much space and was so convenient with our group. The road is a little iffy coming in at night, but other than that 10/10 our family loved it!

A bit tricky to find, but the neighbors were helpful. The building itself is basic, but once you're inside, you'll feel totally at home. We've done lots of vacation rentals, and this one was among the best as far as how well it's stocked with towels, shampoo/soap, and especially kitchen essentials, including everything you need to cook there. Especially appreciated the spice cabinet and flour/sugar/coffee/tea, etc. Also small appliances like a waffle maker, margarita machine, air fryer, and more. Be aware it's off a gravel road, so go slowly! But we noticed no dust, and there is little travel by neighbors.

Just what the family needed! What a great experience!! Our kids and their families have all stayed at Airbnb’s before, but this was mom & dads first time, and wanting to take the whole gang along! It was magical!! The house, the setting, the room to move inside and out, absolutely perfect!!! Peaceful, glorious setting, fishing, campfire and smores, lots of running around playing games on the green spaces with the grandkids!!! And our youngest son got engaged while there and did it out in the gazebo. They came back walking up the driveway in the gentle rain, while the family stood on the porch awaiting them, and 2 of our kids quickly learning the, “Wedding March” on the piano! It was priceless!! Everyone had a great time!!! Kris and Carol are exceptional hosts and responded to all questions, (before the stay and during our stay) within minutes! It’s now been 2 weeks back at home… And I’m still thinking of when we left and how sad I was to leave… It’s a VERY special home/place

Very nice place to stay. Quiet little neighborhood. All the neighbors we happened to run into to were very friendly. Just a short walk to the lake. The kids loved looking for different shells that had washed up on the shore. Miss Kay’s is also within walking distance. There you will find great food and amazing hospitality.

My husband and I wanted to spend our 7th year anniversary somewhere quiet while enjoying fishing. This house did just that. I loved this home wish we stayed longer. Thanks for having us!

Clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy with a a lot of extra blankets if needed.

I was well satisfied with the experience we had during our visit and will use this Location again when I need a place to bring a friend or family member thanks again. Miss Betty was great and easy to talk to. I guess the only little bit of frustration was trying to find the driveway in. I think the instructions need to be a little more clear. " Take the first road to your Right after you enter the gate" for example. All in highly recomend. Go Betty!!

Absolutely loved my stay at Laura's place! It was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel just like home. Laura was fantastic, promptly answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay here. It was her first time in Kentucky so we of course had to go to Kentucky lake. This apartment was in a perfect location where it was secluded to an extent and not busy, however, also still close enough to the things we wanted to do. Only slight complaint is there really isn’t service where it’s located, however, the host counteracts this with the high speed internet once you check in.

5 stars – Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was well stocked with all the essentials (and then some), the bed was super comfortable, and the entire space felt welcoming and cozy. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay!

Kevin was extremely accommodating to my family! There was a storm that rolled in late at night and Kevin offered his personal residence to us if the weather got severe! He was very kind and would recommend this place to anyone. Great spot!

It was perfect!! We may become regulars as my family would like to do some fishing next time they visit. I really loved that the Airbnb had a wheelchair elevator for my disabled parents to be able to join us downstairs. ++

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was this past weekend staying at Mack and Roxanne’s Deer Ridge Cabin for my B-Day getaway. They have gone above and beyond for sure to create a truly serene atmosphere for their guests. They even left a box of delicious cinnamon rolls with a card wishing me a Happy Birthday the day I arrived and invited me over for a celebratory B-Day drink; which was so lovely. The cabin was just perfect! It was beautifully and mindfully decorated and so clean and cozy. It had everything I could want and need. The outdoor area was peaceful and serene. I took advantage of all the little areas surrounding the property; including the relaxing hammock they put up, the lounge area right outside the front door and the ones by the BBQ and fire pit. Anyone looking for an opportunity to unwind, unplug and just have a true taste of peace and quiet for a bit, look no further!

Casey’s place was extremely clean and at our disposal was coffee, filters, everything else you may want to clean, which is extremely helpful. The washer and dryer were a plus and I didn’t feel like I had to rewash the clothes when I returned home. We wish the owners well and can’t say enough good about the cottage.

We had a last minute change of plans as there was a mishap at another location….Cathy was more than accommodating and saved the day!!!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Roc N’ Doc. The house was gorgeous and we spent just about all weekend long on the dock and in the water. It was the perfect weekend!

It was a beautiful and sweet little cabin in the woods. It was a rainy weekend for us so we sat on the back deck and had hot coffee and enjoyed the rainfall. I enjoyed the peaceful, calming and relaxing sounds of mother nature. My children enjoyed the hot tub. Overall we loved the little cabin in the woods.

Great place, beautiful views. Nice and private. The fire pit was great with plenty of wood, and the kitchen had all the dishes you would need. No complaints!
