Great place and definitely will be back

Great place. Super affordable. Clean and quite and shady. Heat pump cooled the place great even on 90 degree days. Perfect for a couple. Second bedroom was tight but is was just the 2 of us. We didn't see anybody all 4 days. Tennessee hospitality was unsurpassed. Everybody we ran into on the lake welcomed us to the state. Loved the circular drive for ease of pulling my bass boat in and out, power for recharging my batteries and walking distance to a wonderful free boat launch. No lake fee or permits needed. The lake was amazing and super swimmable. Make sure to check out the rock shoal right where the finger enters the main river. There is a protected little pool behind the shoal. We ran down to Pirates cove for refreshments. Cool little resort and marina. Ran up the lake to the state park and down to the historic railroad bridge with no problem. More kitchen appliances and small wares than some commercial kitchens I've worked in. Bring charcoal and firewood for the grill and big fire

There are simply not enough ways to describe what a PERFECT place this is to stay. The hosts have literally thought of every detail. From ease of checkin to having all the amenities you could possibly need, this is my new favorite vacation home. The view of the lake is gorgeous and having a boat dock made it so easy to bring our boat on our trip. We loved being able to go out on the water and then return for a nightly fire in the fire pit. Sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee was absolute perfection. Even the beds were amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing quiet retreat, this is THE PLACE! We are already looking at the next weekend to book so we can return!

Nice, quiet place to relax for a long weekend. Porch was great for enjoying some fresh air, and the fire pit was awesome. We will certainly book again!

Just what the family needed! What a great experience!! Our kids and their families have all stayed at Airbnb’s before, but this was mom & dads first time, and wanting to take the whole gang along! It was magical!! The house, the setting, the room to move inside and out, absolutely perfect!!! Peaceful, glorious setting, fishing, campfire and smores, lots of running around playing games on the green spaces with the grandkids!!! And our youngest son got engaged while there and did it out in the gazebo. They came back walking up the driveway in the gentle rain, while the family stood on the porch awaiting them, and 2 of our kids quickly learning the, “Wedding March” on the piano! It was priceless!! Everyone had a great time!!! Kris and Carol are exceptional hosts and responded to all questions, (before the stay and during our stay) within minutes! It’s now been 2 weeks back at home… And I’m still thinking of when we left and how sad I was to leave… It’s a VERY special home/place

This was the perfect lake front cabin to stay at! Walking distance to the dock and the lake. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay from toys and games to lots of different cooking stuff. The co hosts next store were also extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I wanted to spend our 7th year anniversary somewhere quiet while enjoying fishing. This house did just that. I loved this home wish we stayed longer. Thanks for having us!

Our family was here for the BASS National fishing tournament!!! The house had plenty of room it was just like being at home everything you needed was right there will definitely be staying here again!!!

If I had to pick one flaw, and it's a small one, the a/c could have been better but it's an older room. That said, we'd happily book the same space again. My family had a great time.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

Extremely clean, well-kept property. Had a lovely, peaceful stay. Plenty of room and ammenities, right down to the hand soap and bathroom toiletries (which I already ordered for home!) Johnna was proactive with check-in, which is so nice. The men were there for fishing and I spent my time at the Elk and Bison refuge at the Land Between the Lakes. Will definitely return!

This is such a beautiful location right on the beach and right next to the playground! It was such a peaceful vacation spot. We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of beds and televisions and all the amenities you could ask for.

We loved staying at the resort, what a great place and wonderful management!! Rooms are so clean and pool is superb! Food was excellent!!!

New favorite place for vacation/getaway! We plan to return in different seasons. It's fantastic. Ron & Kathy are the nicest people & fun! They are the kind you would be friends with if you lived nearby. The cottage is exactly what we needed & is well stocked. Was very comfortable, clean, & a good design. There are several seating areas at different levels, inside & out and right by beach (this property is on a hillside). There are steps, like the description states, to get down to the cottage, but it wasn't too bad as those steps weren't steep (I have arthritis and fms). There's a small fire-ring and chairs near the door there so a person with less mobility could probably enjoy that side of the grounds. The other side has a lot of steps and getting down to the beach is "moderately" difficult, but most folks probably wouldn't have an issue. We collected driftwood, had bonfire, smores, used gas grill, enjoyed the water & birdwatching (eagle right there!) enjoyed the peace & quiet.

Awesome spot. Great view of the lake. If you have a boat you better be good with a trailer and have 4wd but it’s doable

This was our second time staying at John’s place. We were traveling to visit family in Benton, which worked perfect for us. We enjoy the surroundings. It’s very peaceful. The deck is really nice to sit out on and look at the lake. It’s very clean inside and has all the amenities listed. John was very proactive in reaching out to us with changes that had been made to the property, assuring us that our reservation had not changed. I would recommend this property if in the area.

Wow. This place was absolutely beautiful! It was definitely amazing it! We loved this place so much it felt just like home and it was very peaceful! The dock was so fun to fish off of, lots of room on the dock as well so bonus in my book! We’ve caught lots of fish so fishing definitely wasn’t a problem, we caught 3 huge catfish within one hour! Everything was nicely cleaned, the instructions on everything were very easy to understand! The hot tub was definitely my favorite part! We will definitely be recommending/revisiting!

This place is a hidden gem. Great place to stay and have events. Attended my nephew's wedding here with family. Beautiful time that exceeded our expectations. Planning to have a family reunion there. Staff was awesome from beginning to end.

A super cozy place for a weekend get away! It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. Check in and out instructions were straight forward and easy. We had a couples get away, but it would have been very easy to take our children there too! The hot tub and short walk to the lake were great bonuses!

This is the perfect home to stay at in Cadiz, Kentucky with a host that goes above and beyond. The space was spotless on the inside and outside the property was absolutely stunning. The property is secluded but a quick 10 minute drive to town with everything you could need! Scott provided great recommendations before our arrival with additional pamphlet recommendations in a binder when we arrived. Scott answered any and all questions extremely promptly as well.
