We came to Hutchinson for a funeral. We usually do hotels, but with 8 of us, this seemed like a better option! We really enjoyed the space, and were so glad we booked Reba’s place! We initially booked 2 days, but felt so at home, we stayed another night! Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed the extra toys, and loved the outside kittys! We will definitely book here again!

Was an absolute amazing place. He took his time to make a video tutorial and instructions of the place. Responded right away with any questions i had. The land was beautiful. Number one the fishing was amazing probably caught and released 60 fish. He had nice boats on both lakes with good trolling motors. I will diffently be back. You cant go somewhere like this for the price they have i would of payed more to experience what they have to offer. Thank you brad for the great memories.

This place was perfect for us! It was better than the pictures, comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly! We were a bit surprised to see a hip campers when we arrived back from dinner, but luckily they were friendly and didn't mind that we were enjoying late night laughter with friends on the patio. We enjoyed the serenity of the country and the uniqueness of staying in a barn! We highly recommend this space!

Perfect place for our trip! Lots of room, lots of games and plenty of beds. We loved the pool table and the hot tub and used the playing cards. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of supplies. There were enough towels for everyone. The backyard space is nice and quiet and the location was perfect for our needs. Check in/out was super easy and communication was fast. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here two nights with another family. Combined we had a wonderful stay… very relaxing. Easy access to local tourism stops like Cosmosphere and Salt Mines. Also highly recommend Carriage Crossing for yummy home-cooked food and the largest cinnamon rolls on earth!

It is a lovely little home with just enough space for a couple of people. The outside firepit looked amazing. The wind was too high so we did not take advantage of it. If I have the honor of staying there during football season I will definitely try and take advantage of the firepit.

This was our second stay here and we hope to return in the future when visiting family again! Such a peaceful setting and it’s just so clean and cozy… we felt at home the second we entered the door! Beautiful home with lots of space to share with family or friends. Updated and super clean this space was very welcoming and fun. We stayed in the winter when it was cold but would love to stay in the summer to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well! Very well stocked and quick and easy checkout instructions! My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We came to visit the area wetlands, so we appreciated the proximity to Cheyenne Bottoms. I’ll recommend it to my birding friends!
