Vacation rentals with a patio in Stellenbosch

Great place in a perfect location. The pictures in the app don't do justice to the place. I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I liked the walking distance to the Canal Walk mall, i could get supplies hustle free

I had a great stay at Maddy's AirBNB recently. Easy to find, beautiful views, and the security and cleaning staff for very friendly. She was always responsive and provided clear instructions. Two minor negatives, on very hot days (35+) the lack of aircon is a bit of a problem due to the afternoon sun, but the provided fan does help. Also, the TV is quite small for the space and it doesn't support casting from your phone.

This was a really enjoyable stay! The apartment is nice, located in a safe and quiet area. The host Ann is very friendly and easy to communicate with! I would recommend this place and in the future if I were looking for a place to stay in Stellenbosch this one is for sure on the top of my list!

What a wonderful place Hanno & Nico have! The house has all comforts and sparkling clean! The pool is beautiful with lovely water. Furthermore, the hosts are incredibly friendly, respond quickly to messages and have all kinds of fun tips for restaurants and the surrounding area! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Villa Stellendal for almost 8 weeks and felt at home: Tommy welcomed us warmly, instructed us and asked about our well-being every day. Our good fairy Miriam also always ensured fresh laundry, flowers and cleanliness in our beautiful home. The villa is cozy, everything is available, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a smart TV with Netflix and the pool provides regular refreshments and a Jacuzzi for relaxation. The villa is secluded and therefore very private. The location is central yet quiet. For all requests and questions, the reception with Anneke, Cindy and Hannah is also staffed daily and open and helpful for all requests and questions. Even if there were small deficits or repairs, Tommy was available daily and quickly and easily remedied the deficiencies. It was very difficult for us to say goodbye, but we will see all the lovely people again in October 2025.

Can’t speak highly enough of our 4-night stay. Exceptional property, fully equipped with everything you’d need, wonderfully big outdoor garden with pool and loungers. 5 min walk to wine tram, 2 min walk to Franschhoek main road, yet extremely peaceful neighbourhood/st the house is located on, could hardly have picked a better location. Upstairs bedroom above kitchen/living area could certainly do with a fan, the only constructive feedback we have. The property manager/cleaners were extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped with flexible check-in/out which was greatly appreciated. Massive thanks for making our time in Franschhoek so special!

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

Alyssia is the most friendly host. We had to check in a bit earlier and she really made that process smooth. Great communication as well. The place was beautiful 🥹🥹🥹I was there for my graduation weekend and the place itself made the whole trip sooo worth it. It is beautiful, clean towels and bedding. Beautiful stay.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with all the appliances and amenities anybody could want. Germine’s attention to detail is notable, making our stay really comfortable. The surroundings and setting is really picturesque, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close to Cape Town, and close to the winelands. I wound definitely recommend this host, house, and location, and we are already looking forward to a return trip.

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Pam was responsive, kind, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Pam also gave us cute welcoming gifts for the stay, which was such a thoughtful surprise.

We had a lovely 1 week stay at Phillips and Marko's place. The unit is small, but was exactly what we needed. The unit was spotless with extra towels, soap and dishwashing liquid. The washing machine was an absolute bonus. This place comes highly recommended.
