Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

We had a lovely stay at Imraan's! The house and the view were so stunning and that made one almost not want to leave the house at all. We also got great recommendations and communication was also very easy. Thank you!

A fantastic getaway option. The Rosemary hut is perfect for a couple weekend away - remote and romantic. Communication from the host is proactive and they make accommodations and arrangements around your arrival time - like starting the hot tub before your arrival! 10/10 would recommend. The kitchen is well-equipped, and they provide the necessities - like milk, rusks and wine.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Laurette was incredibly friendly. Communication was excellent - responsible and informative, without ever feeling overbearing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay!

Beautiful home and a great space for a family or small group. Located just down the road from botanical gardens in a gorgeous neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our group included a couple of small kids so we appreciated that there were plenty of at-home activities when we were not out and about in Cape Town (pool, hot tub, playground, smart TV, books). Wish we could’ve stayed longer — hope to come again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Mountain House. You will not regret booking it! Peaceful and tranquil while still being close to restaurants and shopping at Kalk Bay. Hiking literally on your doorstep and Fishhoek and Muizenburg beaches easily accessible. The views are amazing and the hot tub is something special. The kind of place you never want to leave. Carin and Miles are excellent hosts. We hope to be back soon.

I have been to many hotels and appartments all over the world: This one is the winner in the category "Unusual and spectacular"! The view is unbeatable and the place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Keep in mind, two of the beds are upstairs with a very steep ladder, we decided to not use them and sleep downstairs in the main living room. Also bring some earplugs, the sea can be very noisy, the appartment is just a stone-throw away. All in all: 5*****

Rustic beach house. Not much to the accommodation, simple and comfortable. exceptional location. Loved our stay. Feels like you’re in a David Attenborough documentary. Would definitely return

I stayed in Dorette's flat for 5 months, and it really did feel like home. The neighbors in the apartment building were very friendly, the flat managed to remain cool during very hot days, the courtyard was very peaceful and private, and Dorette herself was very friendly and very responsive to my questions. I have fallen in love with the Vredehoek area, it is very peaceful (when it isn't windy!) and it was an enjoyable walk to the local grocery store and coffee shop.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

We escaped the city for Rose Cottage early on in our holiday, I was in need of the quiet serenity of the suburbs and Anthea’s home met all my needs and expectations. A slice of heaven in leafy floral Bischopscourt - just off from the Botanicsl Gardens. The perfect peaceful home to get away from the hustle and bustle, gorgeous pool area - and we LOVED Jordy the little dog coming to see us on a morning. We felt totally at home. This is a lovely house, perfect for our big family group. The views were spectacular, standing out on the balcony watching the sunrise was quite something. The house was well situated, a bit of a walk down to the town (and a more painful walk back up the hill!) Yvette was very responsive to a couple of teething niggles, which was helpful, as were her recommendations for local spots to visit.

The cottage was indeed "Gorgeous" clean and tastefully decorated, and Belindas welcoming touches like rusks and milk were much appreciated. We had a lovely stay

Wonderful stay here on the farm. Close enough to enjoy all the busy-ness that Franschhoek has to offer, yet serene enough to be able to relax. Looked forward to lighting the fire in the evenings. Well equipped, a beautiful farm, will stay again!

We will be back! Carin and Johan have a beautiful property. It is cozy, comfortable and everyone, including the Collies, is very friendly. The breakfast and wine tasting was delightful. We found so much to do in Franschhoek and the surrounding areas - Great restaurants, markets and wine tasting with views everywhere we went. From the moment I made contact with Elschen - nothing was too much for her. She even accommodated the agreed upon check -in as my flight was delayed. Pristine conditions and also the surprise goodies in the fridge. I wish you many more accommodating guests for the future!
