Quiet and peaceful, within walking distance of the center, it consists of: a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a living room. It overlooks a courtyard shared with other residences. Ideal for an outdoor vacation: itineraries for everyone on foot and by bike, hiking and mountain biking, outdoor art galleries, sun and sea baths..

For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

In the garden, there is a solarium corner, canopy with dining area and stone wood-burning oven. Upstairs, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
