Stefania is a very helpful host. It allowed us to check in according to our needs at 11 pm and check out calmly, allowing us to take advantage of the parking until 6 pm. The house was in perfect condition with a beautiful view from the master bedroom window. Stefania was so kind as to leave us cookies for breakfast, juices, milk and coffee. An impeccable host!!! Thanks to you Stefania, we'll be back soon!

The stay at this apartment was wonderful thanks to the extremely dedicated, very nice and competent host Andrea. The apartment is very tasteful, high-quality restored and furnished with a lot of love for detail, in accordance with its central location in a historic building. Communication was perfect. We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 nights in June 2025 with two adults and two teenagers. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly hosts and provided with many helpful tips for our stay. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description – and the view is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. It is spacious, very clean and stylishly furnished. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come again at any time.

The accommodation is very nice, clean, kitchen equipped, bathroom was clean, great for relaxing, large terrace, nice environment, top for me. Naani’s place is one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The terrace is absolutely breathtaking—I spent many afternoons and evenings there. If you’re visiting Genova, you have to stay here!

Incredible. This is the place an Airbnb is supposed to be. It does not feel like a cheap hotel room. It felt like a beautiful home, in peaceful surroundings, that we got to enjoy. The view is better than the pictures.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully and harmoniously furnished and everything you need is there. The fantastic view of the sea invites you to spend your vacation only on the balcony, but if you do leave the house, you can quickly reach the center of Arenzano with shopping, restaurants and beach on foot. Communication with Giovanni also works great. We had a very nice vacation!

Great stay at Casa Michele! Great location: quiet, sea view, 5 min walk to the beach and restaurant. Very well equipped (the + 2 bikes and baby bed), very welcoming and caring exchanges. If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back!

You have a very good time with my daughter. Well-maintained house,very clean ,safe for children , very nice balcony. There is also an elevator inside and the area is very quiet . Practically under the house there is a supermarket ,so great . Giovanni was very helpful and friendly . Thank you

We loved staying in this little hideaway spot in Piedmonte. The house felt very homey and has everything you need. You could find a sunny spot in the gardens from the early mornings to late afternoons. Not to mention the view from the top terrace was spectacular. It was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you Michele (and your mother) for being kind hosts!

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience 👍

We stayed 4 weeks at Mauro's place with 2 year old child. We must say that the place looks even better than in photos. Our kid loved the garden with whirpool. The equipment is basic but we had everything we needed. The area is maybe little bit far from the beaches or center of Loano but the area is very quiet and everything is still very walkable. Great stay overall!

The terrace is super nice and super big! We enjoyed it every morning and every evening. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is a 5-minute walk away (private beaches). The center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, alternatively there would also be a bus. The apartment was well decorated and clean. Silvia was very nice and came by in person for check-in/check-out. It was a great time and I can only recommend it.
