Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment in the middle building of the house offers enough space for 4-5 people with approx. 90 square meters. A cozy and spacious living-dining area with fireplace invites you to relax and linger. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with shower. The terrace overlooking the garden offers the possibility for sunbathing. In the evening you can experience a fantastically beautiful sunset here. Wi-Fi and a parking space.

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

From the top floor of a stylish building in the immediate vicinity of the Hunte, the apartment offers a view of the river and the entire harbor district and space for up to five people. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
