Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

We lived in the entire cottage with two families and had a great time at Christine's farm. Especially the play barn was able to score points at the youngest who were so busy around the clock, while we adults were greeted by a fantastically clean and beautifully furnished apartment. Everything was as described, agreements went smoothly. We will be happy to come back to enjoy the tranquility of the North Sea and look forward to visiting Christine again!

A very nice, well-kept and well-equipped place to stay. The garden with pool is a dream, especially in as good weather as we had. Very recommended.

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We had the pleasure of being the first tenants of this magnificent property. The house and the different apartments are very high quality and absolutely lovingly furnished, nothing is missing here! The garden was still in the finishing touches but everything is absolutely harmonious and beautifully landscaped. The contact with Christine and family was super friendly and warm. We enjoyed the time very much. Even if it was only a short stay. Extremely recommended!

This place leaves nothing to be desired and the children's hearts beat faster! It was the most beautiful vacation from start to finish! There was nothing missing. Everything was just super clean, spacious, you felt at home and the amenities were first cream ! We will be back!!

Annemary's house is remote but right on the dike. There is no immediate access to the mudflats, but we were not looking for it either. For us, the location with 8 people was ideal because it was spacious, well equipped and clean. For children, there was everything children needed: toys and space. There would have been play equipment and a pool outside, but it wasn't the turn of it in the late fall. We visited the Klimahaus and zoo by sea in Bremerhaven by ferry from Nordenham. The kids loved the ferry ride, and the Klimahaus is the seafront zoo, which is manageable but quite attractive. Our conclusion. Great location, friendly hostess, good amenities and quiet, but not completely secluded.

We have a wonderful stay at Insa's place. She is the perfect host and has a gem of a home and garden. She is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The setting is beautiful for hiking and brings peace and relaxation. Highly recommended to stay, thank you Insa!

It was a very nice apartment that lacked nothing. It is a very quiet location and you can reach everything in Dornumersiel on foot or by bike.

It was a few wonderful days in East Frisia. The accommodation is very quietly located on the dike, about 15 minutes by car to Norddeich. The apartment was super clean and well thought out. The garden was extensively played in by the children and the garage has enough space to offer for bicycles and our trailer. We say thank you for the great time.

Malin & Stefan are wonderful friendly people and it was a feeling of being able to stay with you. The apartment is very tasteful, individually furnished but also functionally thought out with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and good kitchen equipment. Particularly impressive is the forest with garden and the co-hosts the ponnies, chickens and ducks. An oasis in the countryside to feel good!

My parents spent a small vacation here and were very satisfied. Clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need.

We felt very comfortable in Anette's place, were warmly welcomed and everything was very cozy! The equipment of everything was great and if a little something was missing, Anette was immediately available and brought it over. The garden is a dream and especially for the children a paradise with the large sandbox and mud kitchen as well as the covered ping pong table. Only a few walks directly from the house were missing, but by car you were everywhere quite quickly. We can 100% recommend the vacation home!

The house is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are nicely furnished, it has everything you need and you have plenty of space. My son was particularly pleased that there were also toys in the children's room. Communication with the hostess worked out great. We always got answers to our questions very quickly and she was very friendly. All in all, we felt very comfortable!

We spent a long weekend here. The house is very cozy. In particular, the bedroom on the first floor with luminous star wallpaper is a real highlight for children. Without a dishwasher and Internet, we can manage a few days, but we would miss it for a week. It was very quiet and you have a great starry sky and real darkness, which we lack in the city. A good starting point for companies in the area that has a lot to offer. Contact with Larissa was very straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

We visited the place with a group of 7 friends & family members for around 3 days. There is always something to do and it never gets boring due to the vast options of activities. We could've stayed 3 more days and would still find things to do. The Space is huge and the garden and surroundings are very nice. It looks slightly different than on the pictures but almost everything is still there and it never bothered us. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, cooking for many people never felt like a hard task at all. The sleeping situation is unique and very well described in the listing already, but should be noted. Communication was fast, easy and friendly at all times. For us this weekend at Pasjas was everything!Thank you!

We spent a wonderful week on vacation on the North Sea in Wremen and were allowed to stay in this great vacation home. The house was extremely nice, very clean and tidy – we felt comfortable right from the start. We were particularly impressed by the view of the dike, simply fantastic! The hostess Heide was also always very nice and helpful. You can tell that she takes care of the house and her guests with a lot of love. We can absolutely recommend the vacation home and would be happy to come back!

Dear Gaby, Thank you for this wonderful place. Super flexible check-in and "despite" the immediate neighborhood with you we felt completely private and directly felt right at home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a little break in the countryside: there was neither Wi-Fi nor any clocks in the cottage and breakfast TV consisted of “looking out the window and listening to and watching the birds”. Great! I will definitely be back again :)

We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

The place was very clean and we lacked nothing. We also loved the layout of the apartment. The game collection and high chair were a great addition and made everyday life easier for us. The apartment offers enough space for a family of 4. The location is also very good. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice - great location for excursions and a pretty recreational area with a lake right across the street. We've had many vacation homes, this one stands out quite positively.

We stayed 4 days in the nice apartment. Just the thing for 2 people who want to relax a bit. Superbly furnished, kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable and the record player is great. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.
