Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG mit eigenem Zugang. Aufteilung siehe Grundriss. Zum Haus gehören ein großer, ruhiger Garten der natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Familien, Paaren und Radfahrern den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für eine erholsame Auszeit an der Nordseeküste. Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich auf einem Hof mit großem Garten – ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem nah an der Küste. Mit dem Rad seid ihr in einer Minute am Deich und auch zu Fuß erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten die Nordsee. Da wir selbst im Haus wohnen, sind wir bei Fragen jederzeit für euch da und geben euch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

The holiday apartment '9 und 40' in Stedesdorf-Thunum is a great accommodation for a stress-free family holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a satellite TV. Guests of the apartment have access to a shared garden equipped with outdoor furniture.

Welcome to beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The studio (little sister of the apartment ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
