This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest card fee (tourist tax) of €2.80/per night per person from the age of 15 must be paid upon arrival.
