This is the ideal location for an active or passive break of 2 to 7 days in order to relax, do sports and go sightseeing. Come and visit us, we would be pleased to spoil you.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

The stylish old town apartment with gallery is located in the top floor of a half-timbered house, in close proximity to the water. A spicy mix of nostalgia & modern, an oasis of well-being whose ancient beams know how to tell you some stories. With modern chic kitchen, a dining table with fantastic lake view & hanging chair overlooking the old town.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small cottage is located on a quiet street, about 300 meters from Lake Constance & the beach. The sunny garden is fully fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful destinations such as Stein am Rhein, the island of Werd, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park are nearby. Electric cars are not allowed!
