Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in State of Santa Catarina

Scheila is a very responsive and excellent hostess! The apartment is a simple, ground floor unit but was fine for our short stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Lagoa and only 5 mins from a supermarket. We made somewhat of a last minute reservation and Scheila was excellent making everything very easy!

The location of the apartment is great and very safe, close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Accommodations are comfortable and spacious. I felt right at home. Cátia was also very attentive.

I left the apartment on Friday 02/14/24 after a 12-day stay. Ivete and her husband are very attentive. Well-ventilated and fully-equipped apartment. Premium sheets and towels. The location and tranquility are excellent. I didn't have to move the car. One foot on the beach and restaurants (50mt) I hope it costs the same in 2026 as it does in 2025. PLEASE!!!

the apartment is very good close to everything. The apartment has everything a house needs only miss the TV in the room that is not working. Mr. Carlos is very helpful for sure we will return.

The apartment is perfect, everything clean, well organized, super preserved furniture, had everything we needed! The location is excellent, close to everything, the building is very secure and the parking space in the garage is huge, we were able to put the car, the carriage positioned to the side between the wall and the car and the two bikes in the front of the car! Everything went smoothly rsrs’ For sure will be my first choice when you return to BC! ❤️

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Excellent experience with the house of Alcindo,in a nice and quiet residential area that invited you to go for a walk very close to the beach and options to go out to eat. Alcindo always responded quickly and clearly. We would be back

Very quiet place, very spacious and organized house, we had flexibility for the check in which was very positive, the hosts always attentive.

Simply sensational. Great place to rest your mind. Amazing shadows under the trees. After waking we were surprised by countless friendly sheep. It was a surreal experience In the house has absolutely everything you need. The bed is huge and the air condition very powerful for the heat it is making. We will definitely come back more often.

The experience at Arnaud's place couldn't have been better! The property is cozy, beautiful and located in an area surrounded by trees and with a breathtaking view. In addition, the host, Arnaud, was very kind and receptive! It was very worthwhile. I recommend it!

The apartment was impeccable, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It's super-equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apartment itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and we felt right at home. As for the rooms, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have powerful showers… I would choose this option again to come on a family vacation. The host was super attentive and responsible. We had a small mishap with an air conditioner that didn't work well, and when we asked him about it, he immediately solved it by sending a technician to check it out. From 1 to 10, I'd give it 10 points. We'll be back!!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

Super friendly, he welcomed us with cold beer and chocolates. The apartment was perfect, it had everything you need and more. The directions were correct and I didn't need to contact him again for anything. Check-out was very simple too. I forgot some belongings, which Luiz himself took care of getting to a friend who was still at the beach. Excellent cordiality and service. Highly recommended
