I spent the period of the São João of 2024 on the property of Mr. Rodrigo and I will only give 5 stars because there is no way to give 6. Rodrigo is the best possible host. He quickly answered my questions, always helpful, flexible, precise in the instructions, tips and directions and perfectly describes the location he is offering. We had only one occurrence that was one of the electric showers to have burned (which is something impossible to predict) but a short time later it already had a totally new shower and an expert to do the installation. The house was completely clean, organized, and impeccable to welcome me and my friends/family. The access lane is of rammed earth and depending on the season may have holes, but it does not compromise the experience, it rained in the period I was there and I had no trouble getting in and out due to the roads. The condominium is beautiful, clean and with a very well-kept garden, it gives that feeling of being at home. Returning to Gravatá I will no doubt stay here.

We stayed in this holiday week. The house met our expectations. The photos are in line with reality. Pool is wonderful. Safe area. The house is in front of the beach. Returning to Paripueira for sure I return home.

My stay was great. I thank the host Luccas, always willing to answer me and the person who welcomed me, Mrs. Nova. Thanks for the breakfasts: rennet cheese, butter cheese, tapioca, couscous and, as I was in the time of abu, I was able to taste and learn how to make a humbuzada. The house corresponds to everything that was described in the listing. I hope to return soon.

Very beautiful house, well cared for, everything we needed. Housekeeper friendly and helpful. We spent Christmas and everyone loved it. The Christmas decoration was beautiful. It has a slightly large staircase, I do not advise people with any difficulty getting around. It has a slope to get to the house but I found it very quiet to climb. The car is 1000, had 5 people, full trunk and we went up without difficulty. The only thing we can talk about negative is that the rooms are not suite and could have some fans. By day it is hot mainly in the upstairs rooms. But it is very worth knowing. We would stay more days for sure. We intend to go back.

I love staying at Chalé dos Sonhos, I'm back and the place is one of my favorites. The contact with nature, the favorable environment to rest, both enjoying what is in the condominium and for those who like ecotourism. I recommend Chalé and we will certainly be back.

The farm is very good, especially the leisure area at the back of the property. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a horizontal freezer. The access road passes through the small neighborhood and is a little bumpy, but the GPS takes you correctly to the entrance of the village of small farms. Be prepared for muriçocas in the late afternoon and insects in general. Overall, they were excellent days with the family, with an excellent pool and tranquility.

The house is small, but very beautiful and exactly the same as the ad. It has all the necessary items for the stay, from the kitchen to the bedroom. The outer area is heavily wooded, has lemon feet, pitanga, acerola, cotton and many birds and butterflies. Quiet and private site.

Extremely comfortable, very well equipped house (we do not miss anything), very clean environment, at the check in a person was already waiting for us to give instructions. It was an unforgettable weekend! We gathered the whole family to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday and we have NOTHING to complain about! The house is beautiful! Cozy and complete, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The green part of the house is fantastic! (we even took advantage of it to have a picnic). We enjoyed it very much with privacy and tranquility! The neighborhood is very quiet. Joelma was a sweetheart! She took care of us all the time and was always attentive to help us with whatever was needed. All recommendations live up to the listing. Gratitude for all the attention and hospitality! We'll definitely be back!

The perfect house, clean, large, organized, has everything you need in the kitchen, rooms with fans, clean linens, everything completely excellent! Both Ana and Nilza, who takes care of the house, always helpful to answer questions. I definitely want to go back, the best place I've ever stayed. All I have to say is thank you for everything.

The house is really amazing, we spent a wonderful Christmas. We were the whole family including an elderly woman and 5 children (there are no baby/child items available) and everything was excellent. The house is well-equipped, the animation was so much that we made "the pizza night" that will remain forever in our memory. The only caveat is that if we count that it has 5 suites, we are left without a social bathroom, because a suite is reversible (it has entrance to the bedroom and to the living room). We hired the Rosa service (diarista with a separate contract) and worth every penny. Very helpful, polite, gave us several tips and helped us (called the supermarket and asked for agility) with the purchases of some missing items (we bought in a supermarket that delivers to the condominium for delivery fee). We don't need to talk to Cristiana. Despite the long stretch on dirt road, the house is well worth it. We are all in love with the place, we will definitely return as soon as possible.
