The stay was a pleasure, we really enjoyed the house, the kids in the pool, the adults on the beach. Glauce was always attentive to the questions we asked her. The house is a dream, just as shown in the photos, and is fully equipped. It lacks nothing at all. I'm sure we'll come back.

Just me and my family love the trip! It only has one negative point as we had to return home kkk. Since Renata's first message, it always requests and attentive, that when we arrived we were already greeted with a treat for my daughter on her birthday. What to say about Rita, what wonderful food and also very attentive and requests, always willing to help in everything. And lastly our "our" beach house, pk was how we felt, as if we had at home, better than we were, very beautiful, and functional, not to mention that my 4-year-old son and my 9-year-old daughter did not want to go home. in short, wonderful experience!!!

I had a wonderful experience in this amazing house! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well equipped, with a heated pool that was a real plus, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and promptly answer any questions. The stay was wonderful, the apartment is very well located, on the waterfront, close to restaurants, bakeries, kiosks, pizzeria... It's exactly as advertised, large, clean, modern, well furnished and decorated apartment. This is the second time I've come and the host is always very attentive, responds quickly.

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with A/C in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable swimming pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck that leads to the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rental car and still drove around the other beaches (all nearby) and took the tour to see the manatees (we saw 4). Nando's beachside kiosk for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always be back :)

This place is perfect if you prefer a quieter beach and have children. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included and the pool was perfect to relax by with our baby. The view is perfect!

From the day we closed the contact through Airbnb, he was by far very receptive. But the magic starts weeks before, the host Nina contacted me and was quickly very proactive, she sent me contact information for all the restaurants and places in the surroundings, and with so much affection she helped me choose an entire itinerary for our 7 days. Upon arrival at the Hotel, how elegant. It's like HALF A HOTEL, 24-hour RECEPTION, extremely polite people. The room is accessed by card, when we enter, how happy we are. The room accommodates a couple very well, it is a flat, so don't expect SPACE, but definitely expect everything to be VERY organized and thoughtful. The planned furniture designs the place. Full kitchen, coffee machine. ✨ Thank you Nina, for thinking of EVERY detail to make this stay like a day at Disney. I hope to be able to return soon João Pessoa and Acalmar has my heart. The stay at Mr. Alfredo's residence, by the sea, was simply wonderful. A charming place, perfect for those seeking rest, tranquility and the privilege of being in direct contact with the beauty of the sea. The gentle breeze, the sound of the waves and the incredible view make every moment special. I couldn't fail to thank Francisca, who received us with such kindness and attention. Your welcome was excellent and made all the difference in our experience. A true paradise to relax and recharge!

This house is worth every penny. It is exactly as it is in the description, if you doubt even much better. I've been to Icapuí three times and this was undoubtedly the best house I've ever stayed. Comfortable, very clean, has everything in the kitchen that's needed. Sitting down, near the beach, brings some differences in the routine, you only climb the buggy or the staircase, it is important to take inputs and plan in relation to the climbs. It has a Freitas market that delivers the shopping in its own house and on Saturday there was also a boy selling fish, shrimp and lobster on the beach in front of the house as well. We made the boat trip with RD, too good people and Felinho, it was the one responsible for the buggy that took us for the tour and for lunch, super sweet and good people too! It is well worth trying your stay in Picos near the beach! You can go without fear.

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

Me and my husband spent the carnival at Loft Solarium and it was great! The Jacuzzi area is incredible, really a differential of the region's properties. Communication with Bryan was always very agile and Leda helped us when we needed it. Because it was the season of carnival, the city hall held some nearby shows and parties that got in the way of noise a little bit, but I believe it was from the same time, there was not much like running away. In relation to air conditioning, we do not feel that it has been too cold because it is a two-storey environment to handle it alone, but nothing absurd that has hindered our experience. It was wonderful and we recommend the loft!
