Luís always responded very quickly and promptly in online services and during the hosting period it was no different! He was helpful and always available! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, but in person it can be even more beautiful and you can see more details that the photos cannot show. Regarding access until arrival, there are two paths. The shortest and fastest way is very good! And the longest path. The longest path access is not bad, but it ends up being 2x the shortest path. Unfortunately, on arrival we took the longest route, but on the way back we returned by the shortest. Both paths only have room for one car at a time, but it's fine. The owner always warns about the routes and suggests the best. In the house, there are all the necessary utensils and even more lol Overall, the stay was wonderful! We didn't even leave the house to do anything, the place is very good for various activities.

It has far exceeded our expectations. Super gentle and helpful hosts, the venue does not have performances, even though it has numerous beaches, among other attractions to do in the region, just staying in the space enjoying the leisure area was already wonderful, it rained a little during our stay, but even that didn't get in the way. We will definitely return, I highly recommend it.

I spent the carnival 2025 in the appr of Larissa. She always very kind and super accessible. The ap was true to the listing, with towels and bedding for all guests. Very well equipped, very comfortable and easily accessible to the entertainment areas of the complex, as well as being ground floor, which already brings a greater convenience. Totally safe location, very close to the beach, the house has all the utensils the guest needs. There were also some gifts like soaps and chocolates when we arrived, mineral water for use, a barbecue and very clean grills. In fact, my family really liked it!

Excellent stay! We felt at home. Spacious, clean, organized and complete environment. It has all the utensils you can imagine. We were 12 adults and the stay was super smooth. The condominium is amazing, offers many leisure options, has a market nearby and is about a 5-minute drive from the center. The hostess is very friendly, gave us several tips on restaurants and tours and was always willing to help us. It certainly became our first choice for accommodation in Bananeiras/RN

João was very attentive, as soon as I made the reservation he already passed me everything he had and he needed to take, he always quickly answered my messages . The flat just like the photos, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful view of the lake. The condominium does not comment, but I will make kkkk very organized and with rules, well wooded, many fruit trees, the walk inside it every moment a discovery, many beautiful little corners for photos, and the late afternoon under the tree in front of the lake was a very tasty moment. I loved staying with João and fell in love at Winterville 🥰
