I especially loved the huge garden, with a mango tree and a big table outside.

The house is in a quiet condominium near the beach, great for those looking for a few days of rest. The house is spacious, has a great pool and barbecue area. It has the necessary utensils for a good stay.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!

The place is beautiful! The strong point is the paradisiacal view which brings mta peace and well-being! The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay of comfort. The place is perfect for those who want to rest in a practically desert place and with a breathtaking view! The weaknesses are q is not a good beach for bathing, there are many stones and access to it is not at all accessible, although deserted and paradisiacal! The double room shower did not come out hot water and the pool was dirty and with some leakage, as it greatly lowered the water level during our stay.

Wonderful stay, exceeded all my expectations. The house was spotless and everyone in my family loved the house, not to mention the comfort of being in it. The wonderful host took good care of us, I loved her welcome.

Casa da Ponta is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms are comparable to 5 star hotels. The visual is, without a doubt, one of the most privileged in the region. One of the highlights is the service provided. Staff super well prepared and competent. Nayana, house manager, is super kind and prepared to assist in the home experience as a whole. The owners are also extremely generous in receiving. The house is an excellent choice for the most demanding groups looking for an exclusive and private experience on the best beaches in the Northeast.

I spent Semana Santa with four more couples, in all, we were 11 people, including one child. The house is simply perfect: beautiful, cozy and very well-equipped. We had a small intercurrence with the air-conditioning due to the energy oscillation in the city, but Nayana was super attentive and solved everything quickly, which allowed us to continue enjoying the worry-free stay. In addition, they were truly renovating days on the site. We barely left the house, so pleasant was the environment. The team is impeccable — all very polite, kind and caring. Without a doubt, I want to come back at another time!

The house is a spectacle, extremely comfortable and perfect for leisure/rest. In the photos the house is sensational but in person, the house is really fantastic, complete with all kitchen, bed, table and bath items, comfortable beds, extremely quiet (which helps a lot are the doors/windows being sealed against noise which improves the acoustics of the rooms). Manoel, who welcomed us, is an extremely helpful, proactive person and makes everything happen to meet everyone's needs. We had problems with the internet, air and hydraulics, and they were quickly resolved in a matter of hours. We will definitely be back to enjoy this magnificent house, I highly recommend it to everyone and there will be no regrets.

The property met 100% of the expectations. The listing's description and photos are over. All rooms tastefully decorated. All clean. Clean and functional kitchen integrated with living room, balcony and garden. The garden area with the pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Sofia, the hostess, gave us all attention during our stay, worrying about our well-being. His housekeeper, Fabiana, who is native to the site, is a lovely person, giving us all the support daily. Anyway, they were very fruitful days, with tranquility and rest. It's worth it !

I spent Easter with my family at Fernanda's house and it couldn't have been better. A Naiara, the cook that Fernanda indicated, was great! The seafood rice and the pudding she made were divine. She prepared everything with great care and attention before we arrived. The house is on a beautiful beach, the pool is delicious. It couldn't have been better! Let's come back more often!

Our stay in Pipa was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location just 20 min by foot from the center avenue. What made it even more special was the kindness of our host and the wonderful people who took care of the house—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
