This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . The loft is roomy and cozy with a full bed . Below is a Queen bed . There is parking space at the front of the cabin. 15 min from Coeur d’ Alene or Downtown Spokane.

This is a dry cabin which means there is no running water, has electricity cable TV, refrigerator, water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water, a coffee maker. 1 motion activated, camera outside of the cabin that will notify me of your arrival and departure of the cabin. Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in May. The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a well-maintained, walkable neighborhood. Janet was a joy to rent from, responsive and welcoming. She thought of everything to make us feel at home: parking on the driveway, a well-furnished kitchenette, extra blankets, an emergency flashlight, a blanket for guests who bring their dogs, books on local hikes and drives... We thoroughly relaxed, enjoyed the apartment and the area. The next time we are in town, for sure we will want to stay with Janet.

This little cottage was perfect! The space was small inside, but made up for it with all the outdoor space. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, the private hot tub and fire place was great, and the lake area was awesome with the dock, diving board and kayaks/ paddle board’s, etc. Jessie was very responsive and helpful. As mentioned in the listing, there is lots of stairs down to the lake area. So just be aware there is many many stairs.

If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly cabin nestled in the woods, this home is a great find. It has several patios with excellent views of the morning sunrise and sunset, firepit, bunk beds, games, and little forts for kids to play in. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
