Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Stara Novalja

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

Picked us up from the port and had prepared the most delicious dinner!! Great room with sea view/sunset view and fan and AC! 5 min walk to a grocery store and to the coast. A local boat taxi company stops super close by and takes you to Rab Town so great if you don’t come by car. Overall lovely stay!

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

The accommodation felt bigger than the photos showed, it was very well furnished and very comfortable, it had all the amenities listed, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, 5 minutes and a 10 minute walk to Rab harbour and Old Town, which could be walked by either the road, park or the lovely sea walk. Danica and her daughter Katarina made us very welcome, and gave us grapes from their vine and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Katarina gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local events. They were always available for any questions we had. The apartment was a great base for us to explore the island of Rab and always a joy to come back to relax on one of the 2 balconies or the air conditioned main room. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Meri, Miro and his parents were very welcoming and helpful and immediately made us feel comfortable. The accommodation is very comfortable with two spacious rooms and the possibility of the veranda for outdoor dining. The island of Rab and the area where the accommodation is located in particular, we really liked it, it is well shaded and with the possibility of finding beaches of all kinds even sandy a few minutes away.

Marko's apartment was perfect for our stay. It's really near to the beacg and main way to reach the other beautiful beaches and amazing places. The apartment is very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Marko is very kind to satisfy everything we asked for. I highly recommend this apartment. Excellent apartment at great location!

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a baby. The location was great, 2min walk to the beach, small shop and bakery one house away. A restaurant and ice cream parlor were also a 2-minute walk away. If you are looking for more chic bars, club and other restaurants, you have to go to the other side of the island, which is also accessible by 15 minutes by car. The apartment with the terrace and shared barbecue area is top! The apartment is on the main road, so also a bit noisy in the evening. But the bedroom is on the quiet side. The contact person on site was very nice and accommodating, always easily accessible. The use of a washing machine would have been great for a longer stay and a few more towels, but there are only small things. If we come to Vir again, we'd love to come back here. Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Staying with Petra and her family was great! We had a great time on Rab. Petra was super helpful and always easily accessible. Everyone was very hospitable. We were even able to spontaneously eat home-grilled fish. The apartment has everything you need, it was very clean. The terrace is so beautiful. All in all a very successful vacation!
