We felt comfortable from the beginning. Sylvie and family is warm, authentic and everyone is open-minded and friendly. If something is needed, you can speak and ask for it wonderfully. We were invited to ride on the boat, which was a nice experience. The area is perfect. Take the sup or boat to the islands opposite in the coves and snorkel in the turquoise sea. There is an entrance into the water with sandy floor at the apartment, which means without water shoes (sea urchin) possible. That's great! We would come back. We were very sad to have to leave. A clear recommendation. Super mattresses by the way. Thank you for everything, we went richer.

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). Quiet and good for fishing

Clean and cozy house with a nice terrace. Vlatka has always been very helpful and quick to respond. From the house you can reach the beach on the seaside beaches and the boat docks; to get to Arbe you need about 1 hour on foot (also not recommended by the premises for the few parking lots and the high cost): the house is in fact in Barbat, as indicated in the text of the description, and not to Banjol (much closer to Arbe) as it appears on the Airbnb map. In the area you can find various boat and bike rentals.

Well equipped apartment in a really good and peaceful location, beautiful view from the balcony, kind host who was available. The road to the village was quite narrow, but with a normal car it's ok. Thank you for hosting us.

We visited late august, begining of september, small fammily of 3. The village is wonderfull, christal clear blue water worm (but also chilly) and wellcoming. Beautiful surroundings, clean and very peaceful. Not at all crowded. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were confortable. The host is friendly and discrete. We really enjoyed our staying here.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

This place was amazing! The best part is having your own private beach, just a 30-second walk from the house – you step out the door and you're already by the sea. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private yard with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and grilling. The beach was all ours with no one else around. The host speaks excellent English and was always available to answer questions and help out. There are lots of national parks nearby, and Zadar is only about an hour’s drive. Groceries and restaurants are also easy to reach by car (20-30 minutes).

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

Our time at Tihomir's place was just fantastic! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the quiet location, just steps from the sea, ensures absolute relaxation. The absolute highlight, however, is the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Here we enjoyed the sunset every evening – an unforgettable experience! If you are looking for a place to leave the stress of everyday life behind and fully enjoy the beauty of nature, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! A big thank you to Tihomir and Mladenka for the warm welcome – we immediately felt comfortable!

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

We spend few days in Mira’s appartment. Everything was perfect, view was amazing and shops and beaches are very close. Communitation was perfect, very fast. We reccomend staying in this appartment.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Very nice hostess who lives on the upper floor of the house. She welcomed us with a liquor and also provided Tiramisu. Despite living in the house, we had our privacy. We felt very comfortable.

Peace and quiet. Balconies overlooking the sea and practically all day in the shade so you can sit. There are two steps to the beach. Spacious apartment. For a family of 2+2 perfect and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The apartment is on the second floor.
