Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Our apartment Sunset oasis is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner bay. The apartment is on the first line on the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and equipped with a high quality. The 15 mq patio  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and terrace table. The islands of PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Apartmani 2 Sokola is on Island Pag Novalja. 80 meters from the beach. If you stay at this centrally located place, you will have all the important points of contact close by (restaurants, bars, bus stop for Zrce party beach and shopping). 2 balconies for relaxing evenings with sea views are also available. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
