Apartment vacation rentals in Stara Novalja

Ich war jetzt im Herbst einige Tage dort und es war wunderschön! Nebensaison, deshalb ruhig, die Straße ist nachts kaum befahren und stört gar nicht beim schlafen, die Lage ist wunderschön! Näher kann man es nicht haben am Meer! Es macht aber Sinn, bereits während der Anreise einzukaufen, denn der Supermarkt im Ort ist winzig! Und es ist tatsächlich recht hellhörig, was während meinem Aufenthalt aber gar kein Problem war, man muss eben ein bisschen Rücksicht nehmen. Die Vermieter wohnen ganz unten im Haus und sind super nett und hilfsbereit! Würde diese Unterkunft empfehlen!

Ottimo soggiorno. Al check-in ci ha accolto Adriana, sempre molto solare e simpatica! La casa è molto bella e nuova. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzo, principalmente la sera. Consigliatissimo.

Naš boravak je bio izvrstan, sve pohvale za domaćina na ljubaznosti i gostoprimstvu. Vrlo rado bi se opet vratili.

A szállás tiszta, rendezett, Karlobag nagyszerű hely és az óvárosi sikátorok nagyon hangulatosak.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (wszystko bardzo blisko: sklep, piekarnia, centrum, plaża). Mieszkanie czyste, zgodne z opisem. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Polecam.

the apartment is average but we only slept there as the grounds amenities are perfect so why would you want to be inside. We met Mate and he was very nice and welcoming. thank you and I'm sure we'll stay again when we come back to Croatia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with family I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and beach . The host provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The host’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodation made it a memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). My friends and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. With just a stone through away from the hussle and bussle of Novalja this apartment was a great location for festival goers and more!! The host was super helpful, friendly, and provided us with any information necessary!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Apartment. Es gab dort alles, was man braucht, einen tollen Strand mit glasklarem Wasser und eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und man kann auf der Terrasse herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Ivan und seine Familie waren hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Vielen Dank, dass wir an diesem wunderschönen Ort unseren Urlaub verbringen durften.

Coole Unterkunft, gute Lage und ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns sind die Spülmaschinen Tabs ausgegangen und innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten wurden uns neue gebracht. Außerdem hat man uns zur Mitte des Aufenthalts neue Handtücher gegeben und die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da man in 1 min zu fuß am Strand ist. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Außenbereich sieht auf den Bilder größer aus. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

The place is very nice and clean, it's 20mins Walk from zrce Beach. Pool is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. 🤩 Sie sah genau aus, wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war top in Schuss und neuwertig. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in und Check out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Sahnehäubchen der Wohnung war die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool, Sonnenliegen, Grill und Essbereich. Ein großes Lob an unsere Gastgeberin Zsófia Anna! Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet, sich gekümmert falls es Fragen gab. Was ich auch sehr schön von ihr fand, dass wir sehr viele Infos schon vor der Reise bekommen haben. Vielen Lieben Dank!!! ❤️ Wir würden die Ferienwohnung und die Insel Vir zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es gibt unzählige tolle Restaurants auf der Insel. Viele Stände, Geschäfte, Bars im Zentrum, wenn man abends noch was erleben möchte. Unser Lieblingsstrand war der Plaza Jadro Beach. Das Wasser war einfach spitze. Auch Zadar ist einen Besuch wert. Eine Tolle Stadt.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Platz für 6. Sauber und angenehm gelegen. 20 min zu Fuß nach zrce also perfekt für junge Leute mit Feierlaune

Die Unterkunft war super, wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Hausbesitzer Ivo hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Super Aufenthaltsort für uns in Kroatien, wir würden gerne nochmal kommen, weil wir zufrieden waren mit allem. Die winzige störende Sache war nur, dass das Bett im Apartment etwas gequietscht hat. Sonst war alles top und mega gut. Vielen Dank an Ivo und Daniele für alles
