Beautiful country house with some incredible views, very warm and welcoming, felt at home instantly. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful with lots of country walks and a visit to Rye which is close by.

We had a great Easter weekend stay at Matt’s cottage. Perfect location with a village shop, dog friendly pub right opposite and some lovely country walks. The cottage was clean and tidy and felt really homely. Matt was an excellent host, with recommendations on where to go and very communicative to make sure everything was perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Natalie's annex is so relaxing and stylish. There was no detail Natalie had not thought of and I felt so peaceful and serene. It was a secret hideaway in a haven of tranquility. The private garden was the icing on the cake. My puppy could gambol about with merry abandon and when we arrived we were able to catch the late-afternoon sun. Idyllic. Thank you so much, Natalie

I stayed here with my two nephews and we’ve just had a lovely week staying in the barn and exploring the local area. We loved going out each day then coming home to the barn each evening - it was comfortable and cosy and we felt ‘at home’ straight away. We all enjoyed the welcoming treats and the provided amenities were much appreciated. Sussex is an incredibly beautiful area of the country and we found a different place to visit each day - including driving to Dover to see the white cliffs and the castle. The barn is in a great location for many different attractions. We will definitely stay in the barn again if we holiday here in the future.
