Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right outside the front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking trails await you in the midst of snowy nature.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
