Monthly Rentals in Stanstead

Tracey was super kind and the place is beautiful. We went there with my partner for a writing retreat and it was the perfect place: calm, a nearby nice place to eat, good kitchen, everything in perfect shape.

We stayed here for our friend's wedding and it was a perfect base. Great location in lovely surroundings.

The cottage itself is so lovely, well equipped and completely clean. Chloe left us some lovely little treats and was very accommodating to us having dogs! Glemsford itself does not have much to offer but the cottage is located within a minute walk of the spar which has a good amount of food (including gluten free!) the fish and chips shop was lovely! unfortunately the local pub was shut down! there are plenty of neighbouring towns nearby to visit that are very pretty! we just missed the walking to a local pub in the evening vibe! thank you for a lovely stay and being a fantastic host!

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay at the Old Steam Mill! Exactly as described, beautiful location overlooking rolling farmland, with plenty of walking trails right from the property. If you're looking for a weekend straight out of "The Holiday" this is it!
