Spacious luxury cottage near to the Norfolk coast

SerenaRating, 5 stars39 months ago
Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds were super comfortable with White Company linen and fluffy pillows and duvets. The bathrooms felt luxurious with soft white towels and lovely smelling shower gel. The kitchen was very well kitted out with everything you need, as well as a very useful separate utility area with microwave , washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge. The living room was so comfortable with beautiful sofas and coffee table, along with a wood burning stove for colder days. The cottage was lovely and warm and cosy - a wonderful place to return to after a day exploring North Norfolk. It really felt like staying in a 5 star boutique hotel. Ilonka was excellent at communicating and promptly answered any questions I had, and provided lots of helpful information in advance of our stay. I was staying with my husband and two young children and it worked really well. The cottage is a short drive away from beautiful beaches and great pubs. We also hired bikes at Holkham Hall, went to Dinosaur Adventure as well as Farmer Fred’s play barn. We hope to come back when the weather is a little warmer.
A cozy seating nook features a striped cushion and decorative pillows with animal motifs. The wall is painted in a soothing light green and accented by a wooden art piece above. Light streams in from nearby glass doors, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere.

The Paddock

LauraRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Wow, what an incredible home! We have all had such a peaceful stay at The Paddock, the layout of the home with thought out views and private spaces was a winning combination. We all had enough space to enjoy together and quiet time. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrises and because of the wild flowers and mature garden we were covered in nature, seeing grasshoppers, monk jacks, red squirrels, dragonflies, blue tits and red kites flying over the house. Can’t recommend this place enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Blue Room - Sleeps 2 Brancaster Staithe

AndrewRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A really convenient location to walk to the local pub restaurant, quayside, ssltmarshes, all within less than 5 minutes walk. The local supermarket, which also serves petrol is less than a 5 minute drive and open convenient hours, well stocked and within a reasonable price level accounting for its very touristy location. The largest town close by is Wells next to the Sea, 20 minutes drive, Holkham Estate excellent for a good halfday and Sandringham Estate 35 minutes. The accommodation itself is very comfortable size, the bed extremely comfortable, the shower easy to use and the kitchen practical for the routine food preparation, cooking that you're likely to do on a short break. The decoration is new as at June 2025, well adorned with new or well maintained quality furniture, tasteful watercolour painting. WiFi adequate for using the laptop. The outside patio space was clean and peaceful, although in full sunshine until late in the evening in the middle of June. Excellent! The
A cozy lounge area features a dark blue wall and exposed wooden beams. A charming brick fireplace is highlighted, housing a small stove. A comfortable sofa is adorned with cushions, while shelves above display books and decorative items, creating a welcoming space for relaxation.

Unique Cosy Norfolk Cottage Rental.

HayleyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a truly wonderful stay at Staneve Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. There was a cot already set up and a high chair ready for our family meals such thoughtful touches that made travelling with our little one so much easier. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, with lovely extras like quality hand soap, shampoo and conditioner that made a real difference. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all slept soundly each night. Parking was a breeze, with a space always available right outside the cottage. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Despite the warm weather, we couldn’t resist using the gorgeous log fire for a cosy evening in, it added to the charm of the cottage. The location is fantastic, close to local amenities, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some tranquility. A lovely finishing touch was the complimentary coffee waiting for us
A view through an open door reveals a modern kitchen with sleek, dark cabinetry and light countertops. Essential appliances such as a kettle and toaster are visible. A patterned backsplash adds interest, while a small rug complements the warm wood flooring.

The perfect cottage for North Norfolk the coast

MaeveRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a really lovely stay at Swallows Rest. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We were very lucky with the weather so we made good use of the garden. Docking itself is a lovely little village within easy driving distance of some great beaches and walks. The village has a little shop, pub and fish and chip shop, everything you could want for a weekend away by the coast!
