Spacious, nice and clean, just like the photos, located in a nice area

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Cindy's house. We were there for the entire month of December. Cindy was very responsive. There was a small mechanical issue from one of the prior guests and Cindy had it taken care of immediately! She was very communicative and helpful all throughout our entire stay. We really like the house, the large and functional kitchen, the beds are amazingly comfortable. There is a very convenient reverse osmosis drinking water spout next to the kitchen sink. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and being on a cul de sac is nice too. Lots of large windows to let in the wonderful sunshine. We were able to utilize the garage also, very clean and tidy. Nice firepit, grill and outdoor table. There are several small playground parks in the neighborhood and a huge park about 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If we are in need of a place to stay again in Maricopa, we hope that Cindys house is available.

Beautiful home. We stayed with our kids and our dog. There was a beautiful park just a block from the house. Great place to walk our dog. House was very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Linens and comfort of beds were excellent. Brennen was very responsive to any questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend.
