Home-in apartma

Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

The bathroom features a modern sink with a square basin and a sleek chrome faucet, complemented by minimalistic wall-mounted soap dispensers. A glass shower is visible in the background, with neutral-toned walls adding to the contemporary design. Natural light is provided by overhead fixtures.

Unbeatable location inside the pedestrian zone with walking distance to the Triple & Dragon Bridge and the Central Market. Surrounded by many amazing restaurants, cafes, bbq & bars. Comfortable queen (160cm) bed and attached bathroom with a shower. A smart 40" TV, microwave and refrigerator, as well as seating area. Linens, towels, toiletries, washing machine are provided.

A covered balcony features two rattan chairs with white cushions and a small round table. Glass sliding doors provide access to the balcony, allowing natural light to enter the studio while offering views of the surroundings.

All these ensures comfortable and healthy stay. There is a bar at the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a coffe.

All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

If one need to unwind and reset oneself look no further. Barbara's property is "the place". With views of the Zbilije lake and hundreds of Swans it create a dreamlike ambience. Highly recommend. I surely will return to this amazing property. Barbara is an amazing host.

Schönes, weil geräumiges Apartment mit toller Aussicht. Insbesondere die Logia/Terrasse ist perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen und den Tag z.B. bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Gut gelegen für viele Arten von Aktivitäten, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist prima, zweckmäßige Küche, der Kühlschrank ist riesig. Wir verbrachten 5 Wochen dort und fühlten uns über den gesamten Zeitraum sehr wohl. Kaja ist eine tolle und sympathische Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und klar in der Absprache, was den Aufenthalt abrundet. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, egal ob man einen Kurzurlaub in der Region plant oder- so wie wir - länger bleiben möchte.

Viaggiare in famiglia con bimbi piccoli vuol dire avere a disposizione tutto ciò che serve per passare quei giorni in modo sereno e confortevole. Ecco, è come se Tanja ci avesse aperto la porta di casa nostra e ci avesse accolto in un luogo a noi familiare. Profumata, Ordinata, pulita, una bella scatola di cioccolatini sul tavolo. Avevamo a disposizione tutto il necessario per usufruire della cucina dalle stoviglie agli strofinacci agli utensili più disparati, ma la cosa più importante: ho trovato pasta e caffè turco 🤩 Il luogo in cui si trova la casa è facile da raggiungere (noi avevamo affittato un auto e col navigatore siamo arrivati esattamente davanti casa), ha una fermata del bus a 50m e l'autostrada a meno di 1 km oltre a un supermercato fornito di tutto (anche di cibo pronto take away) attaccato alla fermata del bus. Tanja una superhost, veloce nelle risposte, cordiale e si è sforzata tanto di parlare in Italiano per mostrarci tutto il necessario. Grazie grazie grazie 🤍

Ziga's home was exactly what I was looking for. Not too far away from anything we had planned for our trip and very comfortable and quiet. It was quite easy to locate and the home was very charming and matched the description and photos perfectly. Ziga was incredibly accommodating and made the entire stay very easy to enjoy. I highly recommend booking here with 2-4 people in your party.
