Home-in apartma

Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

The bathroom features a modern sink with a square basin and a sleek chrome faucet, complemented by minimalistic wall-mounted soap dispensers. A glass shower is visible in the background, with neutral-toned walls adding to the contemporary design. Natural light is provided by overhead fixtures.

This immaculate and quiet apartment will be your oasis in the very heart of the city, overlooking the Ljubljana castle. Unbeatable location inside the pedestrian zone with walking distance to the Triple & Dragon Bridge and the Central Market. Surrounded by many amazing restaurants, cafes, bbq & bars. Comfortable queen (160cm) bed and attached bathroom with a shower. A smart 40" TV, microwave and refrigerator, as well as seating area. Linens, towels, toiletries, washing machine are provided.

A covered balcony features two rattan chairs with white cushions and a small round table. Glass sliding doors provide access to the balcony, allowing natural light to enter the studio while offering views of the surroundings.

All these ensures comfortable and healthy stay. There is a bar at the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a coffe.

All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

Beautiful because spacious apartment with a great view. In particular, the Logia/terrace is perfect for enjoying the sunset and ending the day with a glass of wine, for example. Well located for many types of activities, parking just in front of the house. The equipment of the apartment is great, functional kitchen, the fridge is huge. We spent 5 weeks there and felt very comfortable over the entire period. Kaja is a great and friendly host, always available and clear in consultation, which completes the stay. Full recommendation, whether you are planning a short break in the region or - like us - want to stay longer.

The entrance of the building is framed by sleek black stone, showcasing large glass doors that invite entry. A modern design is complemented by greenery along the sides, providing a touch of nature to the contemporary architecture.

Fabulous apartment. Very comfortable- a home away from home. Close to supermarkets, public transport and the motorway. An excellent location for seeing the town and exploring the area. Ziga's home was exactly what I was looking for. Not too far away from anything we had planned for our trip and very comfortable and quiet. It was quite easy to locate and the home was very charming and matched the description and photos perfectly. Ziga was incredibly accommodating and made the entire stay very easy to enjoy. I highly recommend booking here with 2-4 people in your party.
