Beautiful views and beautiful space. Really comfy bed, everything you need for clamping, kettle, mini fridge, bbq with cooking utensils and a portable heater which was needed for a little bit in September when we visited. The bathroom was really good and a very short walk away. Tent was spacious and you have both a decking right my the tent or the more private hammocks / fire pit. Host was really responsive and accommodating

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. If you have little ones, this place is the one! Adam was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. We stayed at the Dock of the Bay for 3 nights; on arrival the accommodation was fantastic both externally and internally. When entering the property, we were presented with a super clean and well-kept accommodation that was welcoming and felt like home straight away. The layout and design of the property is very functional and well thought out. The bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and felt instantly comfortable. The external seating area is also well laid out with seating to enjoy a morning tea or coffee, as well as an area for sociable evenings, with shelter if windy. We enjoyed some fishing in the lake and found the lake to be well stocked and fantastic for casual fishing. I’d like to thank the hosts for our lovely welcome basket and great communication during the run up to the stay, we would definitely recommend it.

Thank you, Darryll and Stephen, for such a pleasant weekend staying at your beautiful cottage ('The End Cottage') in the grounds of your family home. It was all so tranquil. An absolute highlight were the beds... SO COMFY!! We also particularly appreciated the classy touches such as welcome basket (local eggs, fresh coffee, etc.) and the beautiful smells in the room from the reed diffusers, and the quialty hand soaps, shower gel, etc. Finally, thank you for such kindness in offering the flexiblity of the late check out to support with the Boston marathon that I was running on the Sunday - really thoughtful and much appreciated! Would highly recommend this AirBnb listing! :)

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.
