Fantastic stay for our family in order to finish the school year before we moved out of Charlotte. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed!

Josh was an amazing host, very polite and responsive, and totally invested in making our stay an enjoyable experience. The home was absolutely lovely and inviting to include comfortable sleeping quarters, a beautiful gazebo with an outdoor television and string lights for the nighttime, and an open dining concept for those who love to cook and socialize with their family. We look forward to staying again!

Great host - very communicative. House is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of supplies for washing clothes and dishes. Great proximity to public golf course, grocery, and pharmacy. Even a couple restaurants and bars. Very close to I-485.

We stayed at Mike’s place while in town for a tournament at the Matthews Sportsplex. Location was perfect - with easy drives to restaurants, grocery stores, and the fields. The house had plenty of room for us, was really clean, and check in and out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive and the Airbnb is in a fantastic area. I've been lucky to have great Airbnb accomodations and hosts in the past. Nivedita may possibly be the best host I've experienced.

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

The apartment was clean and peaceful! Sergio replied quickly to messages and helped us get checked in easily. Very walkable to downtown!

Had a great stay in Davidson, while visiting family and this was a perfect spot to land! Heard some live music by Rusty Knox, Davidson’s mayor & enjoyed a great crab cake sandwich! Mike’s place was quiet, clean and a good place to do some remote work. Would come back again!

Nitin was a fantastic, responsive host! His instructions for check in/check out and accessing the space were very thorough, easy to follow and even had visuals! Plus the space had beautiful interior design that was very eclectic, artsy, and fit our vibe perfectly. The record player was a huge bonus since my husband is a musician and we’re both music lovers. Would absolutely stay again when we’re back in Charlotte!

Awesome space for Noda. Central to all necessities when traveling and very walkable. Appropriate for individuals looking to enjoy the night life in Charlotte and night owls. Responsive host and clear concise communication. Highly recommend!!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
