Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

It is a suite in a single-family home (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the grounds of the family-run campsite "BergseeCamp." Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Conveniently located on the Weser cycle path R1, you can reach shopping facilities and bus connections on foot. The city center of Holzminden can be reached quickly by bike. Our newly renovated apartment "tranquility zone" offers plenty of space, coziness and good amenities to relax. The 80 sqm living space is on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, workplace, kitchen with TV and WiFi. There is a private terrace and in the courtyard there is plenty of room to relax and unwind, ideal even with children!
