Firstly , very good host with minimal interference and maximum helpfulness. Very prompt in responding to queries and issues. Thanks. Secondly, the flat is very good with all facilities promised. We stayed in this facility for close to 40 days and had very peaceful and enjoyable stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay for a family in OMR vicinity.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. It had a breathtaking view from the location. Abhita and the caretakers were approachable and prompt in their responses. The beach is very accessable and provides flavor of fisherman's life.

The Best stay at an AirBnB with my family. The wonderful experience changed my entire view point of Hotel vs AirBnB. A Homely feeling at this 1 BHK, it's excellent amenities and the great host made it an excellent experience. My family was at Chennai for a specific requirement and this stay ensured we didn't have to venture for a single thing outside. The place is stocked to the core with all household appliances and amenities. My kid had an amazing stay. Highly recommend place. Smrithi our host was always available for any query 24x7.

Great place to stay for a family close to the airport. I believe this is a new listing and am giving five stars hoping the host would provide fresh towels and some basic toiletries in the future. An electric kettle and a bubble top base for water would be a welcome addition since the host provided two 20 liter cans but it was difficult to fill water in bottles from those cans. Overall great location near the airport and a comfortable place to spend the night.

Stay was fantastic, we enjoyed the stay, market is near, walkable, to get somethings to cook and enjoy, A great place to stay, beautiful house, nice views from balcony as its 12th floor. Enjoyed in swimming pool, ya we have to bring nylon wears, thanks to Praveen as he kept swimming caps ready at entrance itself :). I suggest guests to walk around to find many things, left side on main road, 400 meters, to the property you get vegetables, meat, fish market, dosa batter, many grocerry shops. so we enjoyed our stay

Had a really neat and slean stay here. it's a perfect spot if you're looking for some peace and quiet in the city. The staff were super friendly and professional. I especially loved the balcony.. the view was amazing and a great place to relax. Overall, the service was great and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Amrita’s instructions were clear and helpful for both the journey and the house itself. The villa is located in a peaceful area on ECR, making it a perfect retreat. The house feels like a museum – very clean, full of character, and thoughtfully designed. I loved how the space was adorned with numerous artworks, small statues, Japanese sensu, Japanese pots, and many other unique pieces. The rooms are spacious, and there are so many cozy spots to relax. The pool was fantastic and really added to the experience. I felt completely at home here and can’t wait to visit again!

It's a great pleasure to stay in the property. Ahmed is like a brother to me and he is the best host till now to me. We share a beautiful bond. He has helped me in lot of ways, has kept my requests and all the needy things whichever I have required at that point of time. I have stayed here for more than two months with my family and it has been a lovely homely experience. There are many restaurants nearby to this property at walkable distance.
