My family and I love the place especially my boys. The house is a lot more spacious than the description. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and we felt very safe. We had such a great time the only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay again.

Book Jami's place for my entire family (6 total) to stay at. Not only was there enough room for everyone, but it was very comfortable and cosy. Not only could we get to NOLA quickly and easily. but we were able to enjoy just being together at the house. Plenty of room for the family to be together, but enough space for privacy when needed.

Family Fun Near New Orleans

I stayed here for 10 days total. 7 of those days I was recovering from surgery. I was looking for a place that was out of the hustle and bustle of New Orleans, but close enough for me to get to appointments in the Garden District. This place was perfect! It was very quiet and felt private. I loved that the backyard had a covered area so we could still sit outside even on rainy days. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable. The whole house was very clean. I had a few questions for the host before and during the stay. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. I loved that there was a Walmart just a few minutes away. There is also a cute coffee shop within walking distance we went to a few times. Check in and checkout were seamless. I honestly have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending it to others!

This home was totally gorgeous. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of space so everyone had their own space. The yard was literally to die for. The house was nicely decorated and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. For those that may want to attend church, there was a really nice one around the corner. It's always a great perk to have laundry and that was awesome. The kitchen provided ample cookware and everything else you need. The kcup machine was nice. Alex was very responsive to our needs and provided great restaurants choices. We had a leak and he sent a plumber out immediately and, he was even friendly and explained everything that he was doing. This Airbnb is definitely a vibe and the life is sweet saying on the wall was truly the best quote for our stay.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. Often times when you book a place, the host is just friendly at first because they want your money but then when you’re locked in they don’t care. This trip wasn’t like that at all. From the very jump they were so friendly and open about everything and they took the time out and made every instruction clear as possible so there wouldn’t need to be any questions but if there was any they would respond in a very timely manner. Before the trip they sent a list of restaurants and not only activities to do but also activities that were happening while we were staying down there so they did the research for our individual stay. When we walked in the house it was beautiful and squeaky clean and just felt homey. With this place being such a beautiful home and with the host being as best as can be it’s definitely safe to say that next time we visit New Orleans we will certainly book through them again!

This house met all of our expectations and requirements! We were visiting from Orlando for a Rugby tournament and this house easily accommodated all of us. Very close to the French Quarter and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again when we are back!

The place was presented just as described. Our hosts were extremely accommodating through the entire process. They were both responsive and very polite. The house was a peaceful oasis away, about 15 min from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. My son cried when it was time to leave. This was the perfect space, the back yard and front porch were absolutely peaceful every morning and night. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The on-site parking was a huge plus, because we paid for parking everyday in the French Quarter. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re a small family who wants to enjoy NOLA in a peaceful manner.

2BR Oasis Beyond The French Quarter

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

Dawn was the absolute best! I used this property for my mom's 70th birthday sleepover and brunch. Flexible check-in and out and very accomidating to last minute changed. The shower was AMAZING with 6 wall jets! They provide Ralph Lauren towels, which is what I use at home - all my towels at home are Ralph Lauren. Great quality. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. All of my guest absolutely loved both sides of the house, noone wanted to leave. I'd recommend Dawn's place to anyone.

It was just as described and matched the pictures. All the amenities matched. If you like to cook she has seasonings just for that. Also a few refreshers that was very welcoming. The location was perfect. Not far from Popeye's and El Patron restaurants. Walmart Supercenter with the gas station was 3 mins away. Your only 14 mins from Canal and Bourbon street. The neighborhood felt safe and was very kid and family friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

My Girls Trip was truly complete with this place to call home for the week and the scenery was incredible! Literally the most peaceful part of Louisiana on down to the residents. Very sweet hostess! She was knowledgeable about the area and local shops. Everything was clean and easy to find. The bed was VERY soft and comfortable, and the couch was loaded with comfy throw pillows. The location was perfect as it was a quick Uber ride to the center of the quarter but far enough out of the action to be peaceful.
