We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

The camp made for a great fishing trip to the Shell Beach / Hopedale area. Close proximity to Campo's for bait, gas and the boat ramp. Short walk to Tee Wee's for food and entertainment on the weekend. Price, location, functionality, this fit the bill for us on a 4 day fishing trip.

Book Jami's place for my entire family (6 total) to stay at. Not only was there enough room for everyone, but it was very comfortable and cosy. Not only could we get to NOLA quickly and easily. but we were able to enjoy just being together at the house. Plenty of room for the family to be together, but enough space for privacy when needed.

This home was totally gorgeous. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of space so everyone had their own space. The yard was literally to die for. The house was nicely decorated and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. For those that may want to attend church, there was a really nice one around the corner. It's always a great perk to have laundry and that was awesome. The kitchen provided ample cookware and everything else you need. The kcup machine was nice. Alex was very responsive to our needs and provided great restaurants choices. We had a leak and he sent a plumber out immediately and, he was even friendly and explained everything that he was doing. This Airbnb is definitely a vibe and the life is sweet saying on the wall was truly the best quote for our stay.

I had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with upscale touches throughout that made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. After a week on the road, having access to a washer and dryer was a total lifesaver. The screened-in porch and private backyard were my favorite parts of the property—absolutely perfect for relaxing. I loved sitting outside in the mornings, sipping coffee while listening to the birds. It was so peaceful and rejuvenating. This place offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and serenity. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a comfortable night’s sleep for a really good price. I loved how clean the bathroom was and the extra stuff in the kitchen. I liked the cute little decorations with the New Orleans theme to them. You can tell this guy put a lot of thought into this place and wants you to feel comfortable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage is spacious, clean, bright and cheerful and very relaxing. The black out shades in bedroom were VERY appreciated! The kitchen could use more items like a pizza pan and pizza cutter. There is no dishwasher as stated in description. The dock is lovely and serene. The dock did not have a picnic table or benches as in the photo, that was probably the biggest disappointment. The washer and dryer on site was awesome! No recliners, has 3 new couches. Overall one of our favorite places we have stayed! We used the tv for music only. We brought "The book of questions" and "would you rather" for our downtime entertainment (which i highly recommend as a couples activity and/or bringing 2 player games instead of watching tv). If we are ever in need of lodging in this area again we will defiantly come back! Waking up to that view and having dock access right on the water was beyond amazing!

One of the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Great views that capture sunrise and sunset. The kids loved the kayaks and taking them across the channel into some marsh grass during high tides. Hard to put any negative here but the tap water was fine but if you're sensitive you might want to bring some bottled water with you.

Felippo was a gracious host and an excellent communicator. No stairs and easy in and out with suitcases. The bathroom is so well laid out and has great storage. Shower is huge and well lit. Private safe parking and close to French quarter and WWII museum. Cajun Joe's has excellent carryout food!!!

Bradley’s place was very accommodating. The two bunk beds feature for a group of kids or young teenagers was great. The location is very accessible although located on major road, but many stores to walk and get food and etc. the back yard is nicely set up for outdoor gatherings.

Don’t miss out on this amazing house! It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends, family, or a special group. From the moment you step inside, the inviting scent fills the air. The game room is incredible, a true highlight! I traveled with my mother-in-law and kids, and we spent the day exploring New Orleans, then relaxed at night watching movies in the living room and playing games in the game room — pure nostalgia. We sat outside in the seating area which was so relaxing. The hosts were wonderful — so friendly and responsive. They even gave us a heads-up about a parade, so we could plan our day accordingly. The house was spotless, with every detail taken care of, from slippers to robes. My kids didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning to stay here our next stay. This has definitely been our favorite home and overall experience. Thank you both for making our trip unforgettable!
