Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

Steve gave plenty of instructions about how to access the Air BnB before we even arrived but on top of that gave us step by step instructions over the phone upon our arrival of how to get the keys and get into the apartment itself. He was very knowledgeable about the area of Nottingham and suggested a few things we could do as a group of lads! Would 100% stay again!

Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Sweena was really responsive and helpful as we had to make the booking very last minute. She really helped us out when we needed it.

We had a lovely stay in Matlock Bath! The place was spotless, really well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. All the items provided were exactly as described, and it felt like a real home-from-home. The beds were super comfy too, which made all the difference after long days out exploring. One of the real highlights was the stunning view from the sitting room and the two main bedrooms – such a peaceful and beautiful spot to wake up to, or to sit with a cup of tea and a good book. It’s just a short walk to Matlock Bath high street, but the house itself is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Gemma was a lovely host, with lots of thoughtful little touches around the house that made it feel really welcoming. We especially loved the creative photo frames by the dining room – such a fun idea, and we even added our own family portrait to the collection! Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Thanks so much for hosting us. We appreciated the beautiful decor and the history of the place. The picture windows gave great access to the views. The place was spacious and well-equipped. You also made us feel welcome with the milk, coffee and Easter eggs ( most appreciated by children). Access is up a steep hill but well worth it & great access to our much loved areas in the Dales and national park. Matlock itself has some friendly places to eat too. We would definitely look to stay again when next in the area. Thanks again!

Lovely cottage in a perfect Nottinghamshire village.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

We found the property very comfortable it was home from home, the house had everything we needed and more, very clean and really modern, they have really thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying in this property if you are a family or a group of adults sharing, it was very reasonably priced. Thank you Graham

Beautiful, stylish house. Perfect for us as a base for my family attending a wedding near by. My regret is only not being able to spend a bit more time there!

Steve the host was very hands on with all the procedure. escorted us to the apartment and explained where everything was. Then with his local knowledge told us all the places for food and drinks. A really nice fellow and would book this place again.

Steve is a great host! Extremely helpful for any questions you may have and has great knowledge of the are for recommendations on what to do! The apartment was perfect for us and is in a great area especially being above the Victoria centre so easy access for meals and basic amenities!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future
