Perfect place to stay, has everything you need. Really peaceful and comfortable

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Had a great stay while attending a course at Greenwooddays. It was just a few minutes away by car. The flat was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was close to places to eat and there was free long stay parking very close by. Karen was very helpful and parked her car in one of the spaces so we were guaranteed a space. Karen was a very responsive host.

Spacious clean ground floor flat. Very nice area to sit outside. Host very responsive to a problem with the hot water, which was fixed within the hour. Walkable to the river and on the bus route into Nottingham. Very satisfactory stay.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights due to my daughters wedding at a venue close by. Nice clean bungalow plenty big enough for a few nights. Everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely big garden which I’m sure in the summer would be lovely to sit in. Nice to have milk, tea, coffee and snacks left by the owner. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay.

A home away from home, beautiful house, great amenities, pool table, large hot tub, dart board, printer if you need it, treats on arrival, absolutely spotless, great back garden to relax in, warm and cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds, get hidden secret room for a child to stay in, great communication from host, if you need somewhere to stay and relax and are in this area this is the place to book,

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

perfect host and very responsive, me and the wife would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of nottingham, quite little estate close to everything but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city centre!

Great place great hosts!

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Louise & David's place. It was comfortable, clean, tastefully decorared and had everything we needed. Great peaceful location for visiting friends in local area. Lovely additional touches, like the dog bowls & dog biscuits! We would definitely recommend & would love to come back again.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

The location was fantastic for us and right by the tram stop which made it easy to get around. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. There were no problems with the flat, it was very quiet, spacious, and bright and I felt very comfortable knowing I could reach out if I had any issues as the communication was excellent. In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!
