When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Beautiful new sunny apartment (43 m2) with its own covered parking space and air conditioning is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Pardubice and 7 minutes walk from the train and bus station. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction, oven, refrigerator and cooking accessories). The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. There is a double bed, TV, desk and large armchair. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with seating. We look forward to seeing you!

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Relax and enjoy unique atmosphere in a cosy flat, located near park and within walking distance of historical center. We offer private parking and garden with seating. Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
