Holly, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cabin. Your description of the cabin was perfect. It offered everything that we were looking for. A great opportunity for us to disconnect from the busy day to day demands and just be still. The river was amazing! Lilly enjoyed her swims and we loved listening to the rain off the rooftop. We went into town and enjoyed a sweet treat and some coffee from the local bakery. It was a lovely time. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your great communication. Leaky Creek Cottage was so cute, clean and comfortable. It was a great location not far off the highway, and near many parks, close to the town of Erwin and only about fifty minutes to Asheville NC. And if you happen to be a Harry Potter fan, it was amazing.

Great location for the Tri-Cities area. The views are incredible, and the back yard is clean and peaceful. Fun to watch deer and birds and listen to turkeys gobbling. Friendly neighbors and the street has attractive houses and landscaping. The studio was ideal for me as I needed a place while starting a new job. The fire pit area and patio were nice. Having a grill was good since there isn’t a kitchen. Only negative comment is that I had a 9 day stay and there weren’t enough towels, wash cloths, and trash bags. I would stay again if the need arises for sure. RR

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

William and Donna were great hosts. Very responsive and proactive. The place was beautiful and very functional. We had an infant with us and the house had all things we could need for a one year old which made our stay even more comfortable. House was clean with a fully functional kitchen and all amenities describe. Basement had a bunch of games you can play with friends / family. I would definitely recommend this one for people looking to spend a nice peaceful and private weekend fate away with family/friends.
