Cozy Family Home - Kid & Pet Friendly

3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

Great place to stay clean and close to the event we went to… they were helpful and allowed us to stay 1 hr longer for our convenience… there was only one TV in the house so if you have kids make sure they have their tablets or they will control the one TV other than that it was enough space for us…. The house worked extremely well for our family. We all had breakfast together and that was great. Having everyone stay together was great given the variety of bedrooms and bathrooms. I learned not to be the last one taking a shower as some used the hot water before me. We did not have the opportunity to use the lake or surroundings as we had a funeral to attend, but seeing the lake while eating breakfast was beautiful with the sun shining on the lake. We saved a lot of money versus 4 motel rooms for 2 nights.

Brenda place was beautiful with a beautiful view especially when we work up to some light snow on the lake. The layout of the house was ideal for us with the big open living room and great updated kitchen. So many comfortable beds for us to use. Our favorite places were the sun room and dining rooms looking out at the lake, Brenda was was kind and helpful and adding a Christmas tree for us was a beautiful touch . Highly recommend, one of our best for sure, thank you

The house was comfortable, with plush towels and bedding. It was very well stocked with extra bedding, towels (so many!), fully functional kitchen and even coffee! I’d highly recommended this location as it’s quiet yet minutes away from many dining & shopping options. Mark was also a great host.

Amazing place. So serene and comfortable to be at. Loved every minute of it. Place had everything we could need but was minimalist enough where we could disconnect and really embrace the outdoors and cabin vibe. The quiet and tranquility helped tale us away from the daily hum and fully embrace nature. Met a few people in the surrounding area and they were all so kind and lovely. The view of the lake never got old and its placid reflective waters really brought one at ease. Would stay here again for sure.

Katrina was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. When we requested an iron and steamer, she promptly provided them, which was so thoughtful. On top of that, she proactively put ice on the property’s steps during a snowy Saturday to prevent any accidents—such a considerate touch! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Katrina’s attention to detail and care for her guests really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!
