We enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect for sitting on the back deck around the firepit. The house was within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and activities.

This air bnb is lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. We were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

David’s place was fantastic - had a really fun retro vibe. Walkable to practically everything, comfy beds, big kitchen. It was a lovely place and I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks David!

Melissa was very accommodating with our arrival time. It’s obvious Melissa has a passion for hosting and wanting guests to feel welcomed in her home. Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Anything you could have needed was available it seemed. Very nice neighborhood you can feel comfortable taking a walk and a park around the corner.

This was a great place for our family. Spacious for everyone and several things for the kids to do.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

Our stay at Old Wire Road was amazing! The location was close to many restaurants and very convenient to all things UARK. We loved the large front window to enjoy our morning coffee as we watched the joggers and bikers on the bike trail. Even though the weather did not cooperate fully during our stay, it provided the opportunity to relax with the awesome throws on that amazingly comfy sectional! The rain also gave me the opportunity to learn the history of the Old Wire Road itself. It was so fascinating that I reserved the book at our local library to finish reading when we returned home! I also discovered another book during our stay and ordered my own copy! ("Find the Good" by Heather Lende) Hallie truly has a wonderful home! She is a caring host and quick to respond to any issues. She anticipates the many little things to ensure that her guests have an amazing stay! You can't go wrong with this AirBnb!

My boyfriend and I (and our two small dogs) had such an amazing and relaxing long weekend at the cabin! We mostly hung around the cabin and checked out some of the nearby trails and parks. Everything was very comfortable! Desiree always answered messages super quickly while we were planning our stay (including when we extended our stay). Already hoping to plan another trip to the cabin! Thanks so much for everything!

Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

The caboose was perfect!! Very authentic while also being cute and cozy!! The location was rural but still close to town. Host was responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Bella Vista, the trail can be accessed very easily from the house. Nice backyard for dogs and overall a very comfortable home!

Beautiful surroundings with a lake view. This was a quaint little cottage on Beaver Lake with great hosts! We would certainly recommend booking a getaway here.

We loved this cabin! Very clean, looks like the photos, great space. Host is very helpful and responsive. Great outdoor area with a hot tub and pretty view. Highly recommend!

The house is the perfect size for my family of four. It was extremely clean throughout and had all the amenities that we needed. The backyard view is beautiful. In the mornings, we enjoyed watching the red cardinal birds in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet. We felt very safe. We would without question, love to stay here again. The house was in such great condition, we did not need to bother the host. Bella Vista is such a wonderful place to visit. I would highly recommend this area for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The cabin was so clean and looked brand new inside. The fireplace woodstove was wonderful on the cool evening and the screened in porch overlooking the woods and valley were just wonderful. Bob's cabin will always be on my short list for returning to again in the future when needing to get away to a peaceful and quiet location (even my cell phone with internet didn't work here which was a plus). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful location.

Excellent place to stay for a short trip to Bentonville area. Located close to airport, restaurants and things to do. Very clean, new home with washer and dryer. We had a great stay in comfortable beds. Highly recommend the neighborhood.

I would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in noisy hotels and other places that were so noisy in NWA. This neighborhood was quiet and away from the crazy traffic. The bedrooms were quite large as was the master bath and they had great towels thick and thirsty. The bedding was very comfortable and cozy. Hannah did a great job communicating!

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

Location location…perfect access to Bentonville by foot, bike, or short drive. Peaceful, well equipped, and roomy atmosphere make this house a great place to stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable and with black out shades we were able to sleep like babies. Plus the added storage of the garage for the bikes or car is a bonus. Big backyard for the pups to run and play too.

At first impression, we were leery of the neighborhood. The house was exactly as described, so we checked in. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. It was close to areas we were visiting and the back patio was very comfortable. Overall we were happy that we booked there. The fenced yard was great for the dogs
