Beautiful place to relax and come back to after a day of sightseeing. Not too far from Eureka Springs and close to the Rail Yard. My family enjoyed the property and Kristin was the kindest host, she even surprised our boys with a sweet treat. Even better our lab stayed with us! I’d love to come back when the trees are green and blueberries are in season!

We had a wonderful stay, the cabin and location exceeded my expectations. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and was roomy for a family with teenagers. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the Summer months.

Few lil hiccups, power lost due to a brush fire. Couldn’t get the Outdoor projector to work. Plenty to do and lots of room to spread out! Beautiful lake home, mountain feel.

This place is close enough to town to walk. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, and there were plenty. Margie was very responsive any time we messaged. The only draw back was the dining table in the picture was different than what was there. Only a small bar height table was inside and couldn't fit four people for breakfast. We didn't try the hot tub. Again, love the location, and if you aren't a big cook, this place is great.

The house was perfect for the 3 of us and our two dogs. House has pretty much everything, we really appreciated the pack and play, highchair, and boxes of toys! It was a short ride on the road to Slaughter Pen and downtown.

The Magruder House was exactly as described and beyond. Sylvia was exceptional to work with. I wanted a place in the woods, but in the city and this met both. Everything was perfect, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud the shower was beyond one that I have ever enjoyed. If you are thinking of booking the Magruder, I highly recommend, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this historical location. Gloria and Tom

Beautiful location on Mount Sequoyah, with a well laid out home and amazing back deck. They had a very well stocked kitchen with high quality pots, pans and knives which is not usually the case. It was very close to downtown Fayetteville but felt quiet and secluded.

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and situated in a serene, picturesque neighborhood. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

Luke & Sarah have a very beautiful Air BnB! They gave clear and easy instructions when checking in and checking out! Lots of things to do close by within 20 minutes! I definitely hope to be back someday!

Property is beautiful. The location is perfect for all of the bike parks and the back 40 trails. Highly recommend it. The back 40 trail loop is at the beginning of the block.

The cabin was very clean and the location was perfect for us! Lots of trails and things to do in the area, and just a short drive from Eureka Springs. We enjoyed the quietness and serenity, and appreciate that it was dog friendly. Kristen was proactive with communication and the cabin was easy to find.

We felt right at home. We had the best time! The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. You can walk out the door and right onto the Back 40 trails. A short car ride and you’re in town with a variety of great restaurants, museums, and more outdoor activities. Check out the Buttered Biscuit and the Preachers Son - both in Bentonville. If you don’t want to eat out, no problem, the kitchen will accommodate a family meal. Overall amazing stay! We will be back!

The den was great! Exactly as described and more. Everything was clean and tidy. Great place to relax by the lake!

This place and the host is amazing. Very much worth money. Unique and hot tub is a great one… nice and hot. Can’t say enough good… you can rent with confidence!

The place was perfect. Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful and relaxing. We watched the thunderstorms move through and enjoyed the fireplace. It had turned cold so we were unable to enjoy the hot tub however there was plenty to enjoy and keep us occupied inside. Absolutely gorgeous place. Plenty of room for a big group of family and friends with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I definitely want to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub.
