When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

We were looking for a clean place to stay for 4 days in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the Dayton area and this place was just the ticket. It is clean, well furnished, has its own parking and is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There were plenty of towels, the TV/Ceiling fan/Climate control all had easy to use remotes and the Garbage and recycling carts are right by the door. There’s a security light if you arrive after dark. Chip was always responsive to my messages which helped make our stay a snap. We will most likely come back for future trips to the area.

Julie's place is great. We stayed to see my son play in the WGI Indoor Percussion World Championships. The airbnn was so close to the arena and far enough to enjoy the quiet historic neighbor that is also so close to many places. Muddy Goose and Wrapped Wing being our top 2. Very clean and great communication with Julie which makes it so comfortable and easy.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway weekend! Small cozy loft right above downtown Centerville with great restaurants and places to see! And the host is so responsive to anything you need! 10/10 recommend.
