We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was clean and as expected. The pictures gave clear expectations of the house and outdoor area.

Jose’s home was very comfortable and accommodating for our gathering. He was responsive on a couple of issues that arose and I appreciated that The pool was an awesome place to relax talk with family and gather.

Great location. Near lots of restaurants and grocery stores . New subdivision and home looks like a new build. Very clean and spacious. We attended a graduation in Cypress and it as a beautiful and easy drive there.

We can't thank Ms. Ann enough for her kindness and amazing hospitality! Her home was absolutely perfect for our family and friends to celebrate our son graduating from high-school. The home was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, no matter what room we were in. Ms. Ann was very responsive and we've already shared her link with many others! The hardest part for us was the parking as the driveway is quite small and the main road is super busy, but that didn't ruin anything, we made it work. As long as Ms. Ann will have us, this place will now become a new tradition for our family to meet up each summer. Thank you again!!

I stay at a lot of rental properties and this place was by far the cleanest! I appreciate the attention to detail and the hosts going above and beyond! The area is nice and feels safe! I found good local food close by each night. Also, it is quite close to Bush International airport. I full recommend this place for your next visit to Spring/North Houston! Thank yall!

Wonderful place! The property is fantastic & the photos & description are not only spot on, but even better in person. I really enjoyed the decor, comforts provided and the walkability of the area. The home was very clean and I appreciated the Texas/Tomball centric touches displayed throughout. For convenience, several amenities and toiletries are provided. TVs in every room equipped with Roku sticks. The outdoor seating area, both front and back, were splendid. The beds were comfortable and I slept great. I particularly loved walking to several local eateries, including Honor Society Coffee, Callies, Graze and Ant Brewery. Shea thought of everything when curating the space, including the creation of the Tomball House magazine, a professional quality complement that describes the home, includes check out info, local attractions and has some information about the host. It's clear that this home is loved and this was illustrated by the impeccable maintenance of the property!

Place was perfect for visiting to Kingwood. Nice location, great host. Everything we needed also close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we travel to Kingwood.

We had some issues with the battery on the lock and our host was extremely responsive and came over to fix the lock immediately. They also allowed us a late check out. Thanks!

Kassia’s place is amazing and in a beautiful neighborhood. It has a lot of rooms and very spacious that will accommodate a large family. It also has a huge game that will entertain your little ones for hours. Kassia is very attentive host and make sure that you’re taking care of.

We had a fantastic stay visiting with relatives. The home is located in a great area with so many restaurants, grocery stores and retail shops just around the corner. The fenced in back yard with a sheltered patio was nice to sit, relax and watch the storms pass . The AC works well and puts out some really cold air which was nice since it is very hot in Hou. There was plenty of hot water. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and everything you need to cook meals. There were plenty of stocked items. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place that's located in a great area, this is it! Thank you Amy!

Judy and Christina were very accommodating. When we arrived, the home was perfect. Clean, spacious, quiet, perfectly ready for vacationers to spend their first evening. There were a few things that arose and the hosts were very quick to action them, providing solutions immediately. A perfectly wonderful stay.
