Apartment vacation rentals in Spring

I felt safe and comfortable. I came for a momcation and it did not disappoint. Huge tube, inside building parking, elevator, and great instructions and guide about the building. Remote access into the building so you don’t have to wait for someone or pray they respond quickly to let you in. Most definitely would recommend and stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it felt like home. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom was cozy and was able to watch tv before calling it a night. The view of downtown was beautiful especially being able to see a nice basketball court next to the Toyota Center. I would definitely rebook.

Positive: very beautiful apartment (one bed/one bath) with east facing balcony. Looks very clean and organized. Lots of information (home rules, how to avoid your vehicle from being towed [stressful], park in the garage (away from the elements), very comfortable king size bed (I want one in my room), love the window shades, love the blue couch, love the kitchen area, residents are nice and patient when driving in the dark garage, and well designed decor and very responsive. Negative: Long way from the garage to the end of the hall (like about 200 feet) - bad for bringing lots of stuff; when tired, (there is another 4th floor on the other side so I haven't tried it if it shorter or not) it is hard to find the lock box initially, take some time for the gate to open when exiting, dark garage when going up to the fourth floor, no table or chair to sit outside the balcony (it would be nice - not a game changer though), and knocking sound when using the bathroom (I think it is the pipes).

The Airbnb is clean with a very large bed. The location is perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, bars, clubs, GRBC, Toyota center) were walking distance from the Airbnb. It was very clean (NO BUGS) and very comfortable. The bedroom, bathroom and doors were very large as well. The location I can't stress enough is perfect. If I come back to Houston I'd love to stay here again.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! and the neighborhood has plenty of places to walk to with nice restaurants to try. Definitely will stay here again!

Love the location was in the middle of everything, so although I had my vehicle, I was able to walk to every place I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for what I needed and if I stayed for more than just one night I still would have been satisfied. It’s cute and homey. Only thing I would say is you may need to get a little stool for the kitchen. I’m only 5’0 so it was a little struggle reaching the microwave lol!

I stayed here for a conference I was attending in Houston. I really appreciated how walkable it was to the conference, mall, restaurants, and pretty much everything in the area. It’s a very safe location

Brianna is an excellent communicator and a great host. She was timely in her communications and provided clear and easy to follow instructions for checkin and checkout. The unit was modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend Brianna as a host and her unit.

Excellent host really enjoyed the stay. The instructions were clear and detailed, and they were very helpful during check-in. I’ll definitely book again.

Oh my goodness. Brian and Jennifer were two of the most outstanding and exceptional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They were so communicative, so helpful, and so kind that they played a huge part in the satisfaction of my overall trip. If I am ever in town again, I would hands down book with them again. If you’re reading this- booking with Brian and Jennifer is worth every single penny. These two deserve the world, and they set the bar HIGH for Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxe33 Suites! The place was very clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with all household necessities that we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. The location close to everything I needed including easy access to the highway if you are driving. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you so much for a great stay!

I loved this place! Me and my partner spent the weekend here and Victor was helpful with everything great response time and worth every penny went sent on this place! Beautiful high ceilings, comfy couch and amazing kitchen it’s perfect for a couple getaway and wanting to enjoy the Houston lifestyle! Nothing at all to complain about this gorgeous place! 10/10

Heather's place was a wonderful stay. We are travelers and have stayed in many airbnbs and Heather's place soared to the top of our list. It was one of the most thought out and nicely decorated airbnb we have been to. She had the right things that really matter for your stay. Her cookware was top notch, the whole place had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay at her place 1st, any time we are in the Houston area. The private parking with your own garage was the icing on the cake for us. Like I said, a very well thought out airbnb spot. Oh, and I must mention, even though it was a pet friendly place, we could not find any signs of an animal being in the place nor did we ever hear any signs of her having a dog. We only knew she had a dog when we saw them taking him for a walk. We were amazed how quiet the dog had been. We wish all airbnbs gave this much thought to their place with this great level of quality.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great place to crash in Houston. There aren't a lot of places near my friend's house so this was a great find. They also allow pets so I was able to bring my dog down with me. They provided a water and food bowl for him and everything. It was really nice!

We stayed at Gabriel’s place for the Houston rodeo and the location was PERFECT! Easy to find, Kroger is right next door e walkable distance to NRG stadium. We will definitely be staying there again.

Vera is great. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The heights is very walkable with lots to do and not far from many trails downtown events. Vera’s property and Airbnb’s are wonderful. Hot tub swimming pool, golf etc. They are really building something awesome there. I highly recommend Vera’s place.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. It was quiet, easy to settle into, and felt like a calm place to come back to each day. We especially loved the pool—such a great way to relax—and being close to Hermann Park and the trail along the bayou was a bonus. It was nice to be able to step outside and go for a walk whenever we wanted a break. The location was perfect for our needs, and the host was kind and responsive the whole time. We’re really grateful for such a smooth and peaceful stay, especially during a trip that meant a lot to our family.
