Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spring

Tina's home was perfect for what we needed. It was only 10 minutes from MD Anderson, grocery shops and restaurants which is exactly what was needed. The open floor concept was perfect and the backyard was peaceful and relaxing. I will absolutely book the property again the next time I am in Houston.

Just as pictured!! More than enough space for our extended family. We will definitely stay here again.

Sarah’s place was awesome and the pictures were just as shown. The location was quiet and the place was clean and spotless. Her response to the small inquiries we had were awesome. She is definitely a great host. I hope the next time I’m in Houston, this spot is available because it was beautiful.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Jin Jun was an outstanding host — warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home was not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it also had so many thoughtful touches that made the stay truly special. This was the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at that went above and beyond by providing not just seasonings, but also snacks, cereal, and even milk! It made settling in so easy and comfortable. The bedding was super cozy, and the shower was fantastic — everything felt high-quality and well cared for. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area. Thank you, Jin Jun, for an unforgettable stay!

Jamie was super responsive and extremely helpful when it came to be about checking in according to flight plans. I would 100 percent book here again. They have a sweet massage chair too. Really helped me out since I was walking around a TON.

Nice place, very secure building with a 24hr doorman. Closest apartment to the med center within walking distance. Connected to the intercontinental hotel which allows access to the bar and restaurant. Apartment is nice and well appointed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I booked this olivia’s place very last minute yet she was still able to accommodate me provide me with a very smooth check in process. The listing looks just like the pictures and the area was centrally located to Katy. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

Excellent amenities and lots of little extras. A short drive to almost everything. Deborah was very accommodating and helpful! Keep in mind that it is an old house, and all that entails, in addition to the local train and animal noise. The bed may not be for everyone - I found it quite firm, but others may enjoy it. I don’t think you can find better value elsewhere though!

Great place

Rachel was an incredibly responsive and kind host! One of the nights we got too cold and she had blankets sent that night to improve our experience. Great host! The apartment has a smart tv and full kitchen which improved our experience there a lot.

We were in town for the Houston Livestock Show and it was definitely a short walking distance to the NRG Center and you can feel safe leaving your vehicle as it’s in a secured parking garage. Robert was great to have as a host and was extremely helpful. The cleaning service people forgot to leave linens for blowup mattress so he called and said he would drop some off and he didn’t. The space was a little tight, but still bigger than a hotel room and made you feel at home. Might not mean too much to some people, but when you’re gone for home for almost 5-6 wks in a roll, you tend to miss the homeliness of a place and Robert’s place can provide you that home away from home feeling.

Wonderful place, gracious host and staff, and a great night in an historic home! Even got to soak in a claw foot tub and read a book! Perfect!

This remains one of my preferred stays in Houston! Carolyn is always responsive and friendly, the location is near the highway, and the place is always clean and quiet!

this airbnb was a last minute decision for my girlfriend and i, and when we looked at the pictures it looked really good so we went ahead and booked it. when we arrived the place was amazing, it was really clean, there was music playing, the owners were there to greet us, they had everything planned out. they upgraded our room free of charge which was amazing, this is the best airbnb that i have ever stayed at. we woke up to the owner making us breakfast which was wonderful. they were very quick with replying and helped us as much as they could with anything we needed. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking, and i will definitely be back here!

Beautiful home. Stayed in the Taylor Suite. Bathroom, tub and shower, we're wonderful. Room was great sized for a couple relaxing and enjoying the evening. Table with chairs and loveseat in the room. Didn't find the wine until the next morning when figuring out breakfast, but nice that it was available. Details on coffee fixin' locations may have been helpful. Seems like multiple locations for things threw us off. Probably no big deal if we had not been the only couple there for the night. Stay was very peaceful and quiet. Thank you, Cheri.

Cozy home environment. Fantastic hospitality. The biscuits and gravy and marmalades are to die for! The couple is very friendly and makes you feel right at home

Sarah's spacious and comfortable apartment is full of whimsy and character. She has thought of so many details and we felt very welcomed when we arrived. Communication was excellent before and during out stay. It is an easy place to relax - beds are comfortable, furniture is inviting, neighborhood is quiet, air conditioning works well. The apartment is super conveniently located next to the medical center, but the home-like atmosphere is much better than returning to a hotel after a day at the hospital. This would also be a great place for families visiting Rice University. We highly recommend Sarah's lovely place.
