Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Spring

I felt safe and comfortable. I came for a momcation and it did not disappoint. Huge tube, inside building parking, elevator, and great instructions and guide about the building. Remote access into the building so you don’t have to wait for someone or pray they respond quickly to let you in. Most definitely would recommend and stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it felt like home. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom was cozy and was able to watch tv before calling it a night. The view of downtown was beautiful especially being able to see a nice basketball court next to the Toyota Center. I would definitely rebook.

Positive: very beautiful apartment (one bed/one bath) with east facing balcony. Looks very clean and organized. Lots of information (home rules, how to avoid your vehicle from being towed [stressful], park in the garage (away from the elements), very comfortable king size bed (I want one in my room), love the window shades, love the blue couch, love the kitchen area, residents are nice and patient when driving in the dark garage, and well designed decor and very responsive. Negative: Long way from the garage to the end of the hall (like about 200 feet) - bad for bringing lots of stuff; when tired, (there is another 4th floor on the other side so I haven't tried it if it shorter or not) it is hard to find the lock box initially, take some time for the gate to open when exiting, dark garage when going up to the fourth floor, no table or chair to sit outside the balcony (it would be nice - not a game changer though), and knocking sound when using the bathroom (I think it is the pipes).

The apartment is located in third floor with ease of access by having elevators and multi level parking garage; apartment has a reserved parking in the third floor close to the apartment which is +. Its very clean and well maintained. The apartment has all the essential kitchen appliances and cookware. The host is always responsive. I stayed for a month.

Nice place with gated walls and a pool, as well as a garage for you to park your car in.

It is a great property and that is why I rated it extremely high.

We had a wonderful time at Amanda‘s apartment in downtown Houston! It is so conveniently located to excellent restaurants and bars. The view of the pool is a nice touch also. We really appreciated her prompt responses to any questions that we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was beautiful & very spacious. Clean & neat. The city view at night is beautiful. Close to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. Great location.

It's a beautiful, large, top-floor condo with balcony overlooking the pool, and close to the Houston Medical Center. There's nothing else I could find that is this good in the area. And Joseph's very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it and we'll likely stay there during future visits.

My daughter had a basketball tournament at the NRG arena and this was the perfect place for us to stay. It was peaceful, clean and had everything we needed. I last minute found out I needed to check in early and Marie responded quickly allowing us to be able to do that. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here unless I need it again if course lol ☺️

My stay at Alyssa and Kirill’s place was wonderful! The condo was extremely clean and tidy, and I appreciated all the amenities provided by the HOA community. The kitchen tools and other items in the condo were highly appreciated. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful stay and need a break from the fast-paced city life.

Love our stay at Eddie & Danella's place - it was quiet and very peaceful. Would recommend staying here - such a cute spot!

We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! You can enjoy the lake views from sitting on the couch in the living room, as well as waking up to that beautiful view from the master bedroom. Then to be able to open the patio door & just step out right there on the lake WOW! My husband & daughter truly enjoyed fishing right there next to the condo. I enjoyed watching them from the living room. Their smiles everytime they caught a fish was priceless. The dog loved watching the ducks & loved being able to go outside right off of the living room patio. This is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Anna made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She was amazing with her fast response to all our questions. Her hospitality was outstanding. The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back! If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

Overall a good experience. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing as to which fob to use on the elevator, and the WiFi was a bit unstable a couple of times. But the unit was as pictured, clean, and sell equipped. 👍

Older place but nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location and very responsive hosts. AC controller did not work otherwise nothing but positive to say about the place and the location

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed. The host was fantastic—very communicative, friendly, and responsive to any questions I had. They even left a welcome note and a few local snacks, which was such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay. Five stars all around!

This place had some of the most beautiful lake views. The house was very spacious for my family of 4. It was very quiet and comfortable, we felt right at home. Michelle is the nicest sweetest host. So personable it felt like I was communicating with one of my friends. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and without any doubt we would stay here again. 😁

We chose your house to be close to Margaritaville for a dance competition. Location was perfect. The house was large enough for all 6 of us. The ping pong table and foosball table in the garage was an excellent plus. We want to return for a vacation sometime.

Home was so beautiful! We all wish we could've stayed longer. Only thing was the air mattress did not stay inflated throughout the night so we didn't use it the second night! Other than that is was an amazing stay with plenty of space for our whole group.

Beds were very comfortable I enjoyed my stay and if I do go back to Texas you will be the first place I book.Neighborhood was very safe and peaceful.

Very nice house. It was big enough for 8 adults to not feel we were not on top of each other. I would recommend the house if you are visiting Katy Texas.

We booked this Airbnb very last minute (basically being 20 minutes away) after our original one fell through and I wish I would have just booked this one from the start! Clean, spacious and perfect for the family and I. Definitely would rent again!

Love love love it! The best experience we have had. Much more than the pictures. Home away from home. Kitchen is fully loaded so easy to make big family meals. Tons for everyone to do. Bikes, games/sports, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding. Would definitely rent the pontoon and jet ski again. Cozy beds, super clean, plenty of spots for everyone to sleep. We will be back.
