Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

The location is very good if you want to reach the center on foot. Volos is anyway a city where you can walk to almost everything. Communication with the hostess was very fast, very friendly and if we are in the area again, I would like to book the apartment again.

It's one of the prettiest homes we've ever stayed in. So beautiful we wanted to stay in the house and not explore the island :-). It is new, spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, equipped with all amenities, with air conditioning and TV in every room of the house, with huge private parking within the plot, in an amazing location that you can have access to the whole island, next to Koukounaries and close to many restaurants and infrastructure. In addition, Chrysoula is a very warm and kind person who was very helpful and kind. We will be very happy to go back and highly recommend it for a great experience and stay in Skiathos.

This apartment is so beautiful & modern, with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed lovely views of the water. Everything was clean & comfortable. We loved walking the promenade every evening after dinner, and the host recommended a wonderful restaurant for our last night. Our stay was perfect!

Giannis’ apartment is just great!! Super Clean, beautiful and spacious only a 5 min walk from the port and the main town. To our surprise, the pictures are not as good as the apartment itself. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with spacious Kichen and living room. The kitchen had everything we needed including juicer, coffee machine and microwave. They also offered cleaning service daily without extra charge that was very helpful. I would wrongly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful house, good location close to the beach, great the small dishwasher and washing machine if you are to several people.Horefto a nice place with mainly Greek tourism, the tavern "to Kima" (the wave) is fantastic to eat and we have never paid more than 10 euros per person in a large group for the finest fish and seafood dishes, the typical homemade side dishes and much more. The beach never crowded (July), the neighboring beach with the wildlife tenants even more original and invites you to take nudist bathing, even recently a hidden cafe. The Pilion through the mixed forests and springs is nice to hike and not too hot.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

The house was very beautiful, as it looked there in the photos. We were 4 people, 2 couples and we were satisfied. The humidity, as the house is by the sea, left with the start of the air conditioners while some water in the bathroom due to humidity is justified by the winter on the island . Anastasia is a great host, always available to help and help. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a holiday in Skyros and lives by the sea. The distance from the country is only a 5 minute drive, while there is a supermarket and a tavern right next to the house ( 1 minute drive)

Exceptional hospitality in a beautiful space very close to the center!

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. We came for a wedding and the stay was easy and relaxing during our time. This was also a perfect spot to get around the city.

We visited Volos with my family for Easter holidays. The apartment was in the center of Volos near cafes with a playground and our little daughter. You had them close on foot without needing a car. The apartment was fully equipped & very clean. Great service. It was quiet . If we visit Volos again we will prefer it again

The stay is very central in the city center of Volos. Upon entering, we immediately felt welcome, the house was preheated for us and super neat. The bed was lovely, the kitchen has everything you need and outside we could enjoy the terrace. We are very happy with these choices and will definitely be back when we are back in Volos. Thank you!
