A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

It is an ideal solution for a large family or a group of friends of up to 9 people who can be divided into four rooms. On the ground floor there is a large shared courtyard with tables and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer equipment as well as an ironing board.
