We had a very warm welcome at the magnificent villa!

Mapia provided a service beyond a normal service. Even if it was not covered by the service, it was instantly ready when it was needed. It was like a perfect neighbor who immediately came to help when needed. He offered enough delicious food that we did not need to buy food from the outside. Husband Michael and himself are very wonderful people. The house is in a hill 10 minutes away from the sea. It may not sound pleasant at first. But in summer, it is a very good choice for great coolness in the evenings and mornings. It is also a place with a great sea view.

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

A perfect and spacious place to relax with stunning views on the sea and the accommodations of Affisos nearby. Eleni was, like in the past, a perfect host. It was a great week for our family.

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Akis is a great host. Once arrived at his property, he gave us a lot of useful information, he was super kind. The location is great, super peaceful and very clean. We felt like at home. In 5 minutes by Scooter you can reach Skopelos town from one side and Stafylos beach from the other side. In summary, everything was great. Thank you Akis!

We absolutly loved staying here! It beeing right next to the airport and only 7min by car to the city or 30min by foot was super practical. Matoula and Spiros were the best hosts we ever had - they were superfriendly, had great recommendations and even brought us homecooked food over several times which was absolutly delicious. If we ever go back to Skiathos we will definitly stay there again!

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

We are absolutely in love!!! What a lovely and lovingly furnished house. We can't believe such a little gem is left to strangers. We were very reluctant to leave and will definitely be back. The house is super cozy and tastefully furnished, everything is super clean and in very good condition - there is everything you need in very good quality (from kitchen utensils, nice dishes, hairdryer, extra blankets, pillows etc.). Florian is super nice and was always quickly available. There was very detailed information about the house, all technical equipment, tours in the area and tips for restaurants. We also liked the surroundings very much - even in rain and gray skies it was great! In summer, the house in this wonderful location with all the possibilities for various activities must be just a dream! Dear Florian, thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!

Wonderful cabin in beautiful and scenic location. The view from the cabin was particularly nice. Ioannis met us at a central area in town and we followed him by car to the cabin as it is located pretty deep into side roads. There was hot water and all necessary amenities while being pretty compact. There are a number of cats that hang out around the cabin which are a pleasure to play with. There was an additional charge described as a post-booking tax amounting to 8€/day which I was asked to pay in cash in addition to what I paid on Airbnb. The host did mention this before the stay and offered a refund if I did not like this, though it seemed atypical to me having used Airbnb for a long time. Anyway overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

Very good value. All the amenities you need for a stay in town. Shampoo and kitchen washing liquid provided which we did not expect.

We spent a wonderful 10 days here. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to walk to the bakery in the morning and at the same time appreciates absolute peace and privacy. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can easily take care of yourself. Cooking, baking, grilling, no problem at all. The pool is quite small but very nice for cooling off and hanging out. In addition, you have a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and two of the three upper bedrooms. For extensive swimming, the most beautiful beaches of the island can be reached within ten kilometers by car. Haris was a very accommodating host and always responded quickly to our questions. If you love nature and the sea, this is the place for you.

First of all, let's talk about the house. A real pearl. Simply stunning. The swimming pool is ~6.5 x 4.25m for a depth ~1.2m to 2.2m A very functional large terrace, surrounds the front half of the house, and a small one at the shelter of the sun for freshness breakfasts on the forest side. Perfectly maintained garden, clean, without any overlook. Electric gate and marbled driveway, offers an immediately enchanting and high standard visual. A covered space dedicated to the barbecue is available, with a central table that can accommodate 6 people (see more), brings an extra touch very pleasant and friendly to this beautiful house. Impeccable interior of cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without access or modernity or too rustic. Open kitchen, 2 toilets and shower + bathtub. Impeccable and super comfortable bedding. Let's talk a little about the area... The Prokopi Village: In our opinion, the nicest village in the area. A central square hosts several restaurants, and shops. There are bakeries, mini market, tobacco, butchers,... Leave your car hard the space, and in a few steps away, you'll have done your shopping. Note that the honey from the region is renowned, (as is the thyme, if not mistaken), and many other products are offered by any local or regional. As for the prices, we imagined it would be a little higher, but it's not. The region lives above all from its local economy between local or regional residents. Only small complaint to be made: the (prokopi) restaurants (of prokopi) do not offer (all) cards, or they are not translated. This sometimes makes the orders tricky and have missed some dishes that we would have liked to order when we see them passing under our noses for the table next door:-) But its a detail... Activity in the area: Many beaches are from 15 min (by car) to 35 min. They are all friendly, clean sea, beach services. Most are made of mini stone, or small pebbles mixed with sand and then fine sand in the water. So no bobo on foot. Another important thing is that the beaches are not crowded. You can easily find places there. And most importantly, you don't pay for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Settle in, a beach boy will come by to ask if you would like to drink and eat. Order what you want and that's it. It's still nicer than paying in a vacuum... (this applies to all the beaches visited in the area) The roads in the area are easy and rather wide. A classic sedan will do the trick. On the other hand, with a 4x4 you can access two or three beaches via dirt/pebble roads. We had a Suzuki Jimny 4x4 that was enough for us but a slightly taller model would be more comfortable for some passages. We spent 2 very comfortable weeks, which I would recommend without hesitation. We'd even go back. Efi will welcome you with care and attention. Feel free to ask about the area, she will be happy to advise you. That's it, I'm definitely forgetting things to say, but these, if they're missing, wouldn't be any less positive anyway! Go ahead, you won't be disappointed!!!

Lovely traditional country house with pool, house and linen clean, kitchen well equipped. Great peaceful location surrounded by chickens, sheep, olive and fruit trees. Kids loved the pool and swing. Pool was cleaned and well maintained by Kostas during our stay. Kostas is a kind and friendly host who is easily contactable House is close to Skopelos town, restaurants and supermarket but would recommend a car.

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!

A fantastic location and an enchanting peaceful place. The pool is wonderful and from there looking at the ships and ski mathos means happiness! Ioannis is super friendly, reliable and reachable at all times!

Phillipos was in touch answering any questions right from the outset. Getting us a cot and car seat for the hire car. He met us at the airport and helped with our luggage and the hire cars. We then followed him to the villa so no need to try and find it ourselves. He checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, sat down and talked through the villa and area and gave recommendations. He was there and supportive the whole time if we needed anything. Excellent host and thoroughly recommend.

My family and I had a great time there. The house and the garden was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing to chill at the pool at these hot days. The tiny village was beautiful and cute, with very friendly people and tiny restaurants with delicious food. And Alexis was very supportive. He had so much cool insiders, to visit for us. The house is exactly like the pictures and the listing. The garden and the pool are great my family had a lot of fun there. The pool gets cleaned twice a week. The depth varies from 1m to almost 2.5m. Theologos is a very quiet area and everything is a 10 min drive away. A car is a must in Theologos to move around. The house has AC units in all bedrooms and main living room area but we rarely used it as the weather was very nice during our stay with a cool breeze at night. The Host Mr.Ioannis is an excellent host, very friendly , he always call you the next day and asks you about your first night. He is always available for you and offers great support if needed. I am sure we will be visiting the house again in the near future.
